The food was terrible over cooked meat under cooked sides and when I asked for the meat to be taken back I was told the kitchen was mad I’d need a new ticket. Just told them don’t bother my husband was almost done eating and I just said remove it from our ticket and I’ll eat somewhere else. I was offered a Free something else I said yeah I’ll have a free side of French toast instead they brought me back my plate and said he could just give me that Free and take it off.

Amazing place and terrific value.
Cracker Barrel earns business by being head and shoulders above most establishments on food quality, service and ATMOSPHERE.
I hope they keep up their thriving business. It would be a horrible shame if they ever went away.

I had meatloaf, hash brown casserole and spiced apples. The meatloaf and apples were good. The hash brown casserole was very dry. We never got the rolls we were promised. Service was ok, very dry personality person. Never came back to ask if ok or offered any dessert.

The food here is mediocre at best. Bland with no flare at all. There breakfast is a joke. I wanted a skillet meal . . . It doesn't exist on the breakfast menu, but get this it's a lunch item? I can get a burger for breakfast, but not a skillet meal?

I ordered the two New York strips ( medium ) for me and my wife. Both steaks came out well done. I wanted some salsa for my eggs, but get this they don't have salsa. Like hold on a minute is this a breakfast place? You have potatoes, but you can't chop them Into squares and fry them? I can't order a fried potatoes, a staple of old timey America, with meat and eggs on top for breakfast, and you don't carry salsa?

This is the only place I've ever been to that doesn't have a skillet meal on the breakfast menu and doesn't carry salsa. They also were unwilling to accommodate my simple request.

I just got up and walked out.

I don't see a reason why I should come back here with such bland food and a staff that's too strict to accommodate a really strange menu.

You guys should study Aunt C's as a place to aspire to. Aunt C's has you out classed in every category!

Food was great, people were kind, and service excellent. Best one i have been to in a long time. Little noisy but it was Sunday after church and it was full. Loved it
