It was so COLD in the restaurant and store, it was miserable. Not an enjoyable time. Outside temp was in the 50s. The heat needed to be on, not the air!!
Doing away with the traditions they claimed their establishment stood on. Sat down and went to light the oil lamp this morning only to notice they were gone, all of them!!!!! Service and food quality has declined in recent years but menu options and atmosphere kept us coming in. That may not be enough now with the changes.
I came in a couple months ago and I tried the ribs for the first time on a Saturday, the only day that they sell the ribs. They were awesome and fantastic, but the last time I went in and had the ribs just a couple days ago, they weren't that great and I was not impressed.
Dietary restrictions: None.
Kid-friendliness: Of course, good friendly. They got a whole bunch of candy.
Wheelchair accessibility: A.D.A. Complaint as they should be.

Server seemed a bit overwhelmed. Part or our order didn’t make it to the table until after the meal was finished. She did put it in a to go box which was nice.

There was broken glass in my food!!! They discontinued one of their signature dishes and the new replacement was terrible. They need to bring back chicken and rice on Saturdays. I am not wanting to return. Sadly this WAS one of my favorite places.NOT ANY MORE

Under cooked food worst restaurant so far! Was only offered 2 sides with a dinner when they offer 10-15 different sides but with the certain meal I was getting I only had 2 side options! Kids grill cheese wasn't even COOKED like HOW it's a grilled cheese.... very very very very poor service worst than mcdonalds by far NEVER COMING BACK!!!
I went with my son and his fiancé today and the first waitress we had , she had a stank ass attitude and took her forever to serve our drinks and take our order then she brought dirty glasses to our table to drink our mimosas out of they where filthy and she set each one down on the table with an attitude and what change everything around was the manger that we asked for she asked us if we wanted another waitress and we actually had two who where awesome and amazing that took care of us Bobbie and Miss Tracey these ladies gave genuine hospitality and were very friendly and attentive and they didn’t have fake attitudes. So for those two of give them a ten star review and the food and the mimosas where excellent. So thank you to the manger and the two waitress I mention for great service.

We were there for an afternoon traditional breakfast, however, noticed some new homestyle dinner items on the menu. An abundance of food with plenty to take home for later. Very friendly staff. Always new, nostalgic, trendy & seasonal items in the store to browse.

The food was decent but the service was bad. It took them 5 or more minutes for them to serve us our drinks because there was literally a waitress in front of us just sitting and talking to another customer while my family were hungry

I haven't been to Cracker Barrel for a while because the service and food wasn't very good the last time I went. but it was my son's birthday and he wanted to go there. the food this time was pretty good, still I find the serving size of sides a little small. the service was good. I think that they've raised the prices since last time I was here

Food just doesn't have that homemade from scratch taste.
Service was great.
Today, I took my 6-year-old to the Cracker Barrel in Tyler, Wichita, KS, like I do every week since they opened this location—because he LOVES their mac & cheese! But today? That was the last straw. I had an awful experience that guarantees I’ll NEVER be coming back to this location again. My waiter, Lina, and the supervisor, Carla, were talking about ME to the whole staff it was noticeable. They were clearly gossiping about me, all because I asked why my orange juice was only three-quarters full when it’s always been filled to the top in the past! Lina had the audacity to tell me that it’s always been like this, that the juice has always been half-full or less. After that, I felt like the whole restaurant (staff member) were staring at me, giving me dirty looks. How PROFESSIONAL, right? I’ve been going to Cracker Barrel since I was a kid, and this is the FIRST time I’ve had a bad experience. I guess I’ll be driving out to the Park City location from now on. I’m beyond disappointed. This is me trying to be as calm as possible, but I’m furious! 😡
We had a new server and she had some problems, but she was so pleasant and did apologize. Not sure who makes up the chocolate cake, but it was not near as good as in the past. Cake was dry and no sauce on it. Cake being dry was kitchens fault.
