I liked the food so much and they said it was Halal chicken.

The worst place ever..you try to talk to manager and they are no where to be found. And on the top of it who ever answer the phone was rude and disrespectful.very unprofessional she should be fired!!!

This place is great; the food is always good, the staff is nice, and I like the atmosphere. It's good for a meal, quick snack, drink, or dessert. It's one of my favorite places to eat.

Have been going to Crafted for years, but over the past few months the food quality has gone down. I order the same poke bowl every time. It used to be very flavorful, but nowadays it tastes bland and has a mushy texture.

Great experience. You can craft your own bowl with a number of options for toppings and sauces. The spice is really spicy 🌶️ so choose wisely. Unfortunately the ice cream machine was broken (Mcdonalds effect probably 😅) when I visited. Good for vegetarian 🥗 options as well. Staff is courteous.

So first experience here, was suggested to me by co worker. Place is beautiful and clean. Service at the 4oclock hour was the worst service I have had in this city. So disappointed, in lack of enthusiasm for the products they are selling. Absolutely zero help, and seem PUT OUT I even ordered. As owning a business myself previously I would be as an owner absolutely applauded. Hence my only reason for posting is so that owner can be made aware. Your product is amazing but customer service is a major part of your product.

This place has fallen dramatically. Two visits in a row, at opening time, the white rice wasn't ready.

You're a poke place. There's staples you need to have ready and available.

Hard pass on this place until management fixes the significant problems.

My girlfriend brought me here today, wanting something new for our anniversary.
Had the tuna aloha bowl, sunset bowl, the taro milk tea with boba and thai milk tea. Best poke and taro, in town. Service was awesome. Very nice people.

okay i haven’t tried much from here but i do really enjoy this place. the dole whip is sooo good, but today decided to try their boba and i have to say it was no good. it was very chewy and had no flavor, the tea tasted very thick and kinda like yogurt to be honest very weird, and not what i was expecting.

Love their Thai Tea! Only one other place in town makes it better! I have not tried their pho yet, but I plan to.

Lemonade is no good though. It's like water with a lemon wedge. Not actual lemonade.

where do i start? i went here at about 4 o' clock on the 8th of july, and i'm not altogether unsure to fault the service and atmosphere on the employee present or not, so i'll leave my timestamp for a frame of reference for the management team at crafted.
