All of the workers were so friendly and kind! They were attentive and more than willing to make sure we had everything we wanted. It was our first time to this location and we all agree it was the best!

Just went through the drive thru. She got our order mixed up, tried to give us a red drink of some kind. Ordered a cheeseburger, fries, mocha moo latte and a blizzard. Daughter said the food was good. Hubs said blizzard is fine (idk are they are still supposed to do the upside down thing?). My mocha moo latte is like a bottle of chocolate syrup. This is the 3rd time my moo latte has been subpar. Very disappointed. Please do some retraining so I can get my beloved DQ treat back.

This new crew needs to absolutely be retrained they are literally walking around not doing anything besides the young female with the wrap around her head was the only one. You guys have a line your ignoring your pick up customers ask me after ten minutes how can you help, arguing in the background amongst each other this Dairy Queen use to be great to go to what’s going on?.

The food we got was decent. Our order was wrong. Wrong items, they gave fries instead of chicken strips and the sandwich was not plain as ordered.

Dairy Queen has a lot of new employees and they are awesome! The blizzards taste good again, food was hot and fresh and employees were nice! One named David was super professional and he’s been in there last 2 times I was there and both times very professional and courteous!
