boyfriend asks for a blizzard but doesnt use the right name, asian girl says "what do you want? i dont know what youre asking me for" only for the girl(?) with eyeliner to come over and also be rude to him. never been to dairy queen we didnt know better!

MY STRAWBERRY SHAKE HAD A HAIR IN IT… ARE YOU SERIOUS LIKE SUPER DISGUSTING…🤮this Julius is not what so ever sanitary at all super gross the customer service is just as bad rude employees and just poor service overall worst orange Julius do not recommend to eat or get drinks from here.

If I could give this place I’d give it zero stars…😐 customer service is so bad I had asked for a diet drink and was given a normal non diet soda… so I asked if I could get a change of soda and was denied and told “no it’s too late now” worst orange Julius i have ever been too never buying from here again.

I had an unpleasant experience at this Dairy Queen town east mall. I asked for M&M's on top of a child’s ice cream, but was told they couldn’t add any toppings. While policies are understandable, the staff's response was not. An older employee tried to justify it by making an odd comparison to my clothing, saying, 'There's a reason you wear that, just like we have a reason for no toppings.' I found this comment invasive and unnecessary. I came for a simple dessert, not to have my personal choices questioned. It was our last visit.

I've been drinking Orange Julius when orange was the only flavor. Sadly I will not be buying from the Towne east location any longer. Even though this is the one thing I count on when visiting the mall and because of this, I have overlooked the bad service for the past few years. I finally had enough of there terrible service and how poorly they are running this business. Unfortunately I watched these two ignore there customers for far too long. Love the drinks, dislike the service!!

The other 4/6 locations in town have a full menu. This is a mall with limited food options inside food court, it's 2024 why haven't you made this DQ a full service with grill offerings? Line seems to be very long for only offering ice cream treats. Prices a little higher too.

Food was ok but the woman working there was extremely rude. Definitely will be walking straight past there from now on.

i was up-charged 99 cents to NOT get banana in my julius. the short girl with glasses has horrible customer service and the cherry on top was she was training a girl. obviously this establishment needs my 99 cents more than i do. praying that trainee finds work elsewhere because every employee i’ve interacted with has been rude. must be the prerequisite for their employment.

This is my 3rd orange Julius in 8 years. And all have been disappointments. These are not the creamy orange dream they once were. They claim not to have changed the formula, so then the change must be something in the training. Another review hit the nail on the head: it's a watery orange slush with next to no flavor. Maybe not enough of the powder, maybe just not mixing it long enough. But not going to make this mistake again.

Quite tasty

It has been a while since I’ve had an Orange Julius so I decided to try one at the Dairy Queen in town east mall. Instead of tasting like the old delicious Orange Julius, it tasted like an orange juice slushy. The sweet taste that was always there in the past was missing. I won’t be trying it again at this location.
