I went through the drive through yesterday and the person taking my order kept changing first it was a woman then a man, they were also rude with me and my family and finally my strawberry shake was probably one of the worst shakes I’ve ever had. Will not be going back

I love blizzards and was soooo excited to see the commercial that said they were bringing back the brownie batter blizzard for a limited time. I got one today, and it wasn't quite the same. The brownie dough pieces were dryer, and had a gingerbread flavor to them. It wasn't near as good as the original one. I will still be getting blizzards here though. I love many different ones.
Daughter had a hair in her blizzard. Wear hearnets please.

I was impressed that they brought my food to the table. This was the second time in a row they did that. I love their food and usually get it to go. What a Treat to dine in and have them bring it. I also enjoy the positive, encouraging music!Kid-friendliness: Their kids meal is a real value with real fruit options.

"Is that an attitude" Yeah man, I've been in here for fifteen minutes waiting for three drinks for doordash and your employees have mysteriously been able to get everyone else in the lobby, including the people who got there after me, in and out, while blatantly ignoring every word I have said to them. But hey, if you wanna talk about me behind the counter that's fine lol. You're busy? So am I, queen. So don't waste both of our time.

Was disappointed with my food this time. I usually love it. But this time the fries were barely warm and the chicken strips were over cooked. No Napkins on the table any more. Not impressed with the fries and rings basket. ?

I'd rather just eat ice-cream at this dq. Food wasn't the best. Left a nasty taste in my mouth. I think they need to change oil in the fryers more often.

Dairy Queen is my favorite place to get ice cream. I usually go to the Andover location, but on my most recent trip I visited this location as they offer mobile orders and it was closest. Walking out of the car it smelled like straight up weed, but inside, obviously, that wasn't an issue. I accidentally ordered a mini blizzard rather than a small, but the manager very kindly made me a small. I really appreciated that! The manager was very friendly and he seems like someone you can joke around with and have good conversations with. Everything tasted great as always too.

Super disappointed, I paid $13 for a 6 piece chicken strip meal that doesn’t come with a drink, so a extra $1.50, on top of that they shorted the fries so we ordered “more” to get the actual large we asked for which was another $4. I don’t plan on returning.
