I have had multiple experiences with this store not being able to follow very basic and simple instructions. No mustard. But I would like to add onion. Not sure where my lettuce and ketchup went and ended up getting this burger, completely drowned in the one thing I asked to not put on it. Even if someone wanted mustard on their burger, this is not edible drowned in it like this. It looks like a dirty diaper. They just simply need to do better. It is not difficult. I work in this industry as well, and as many times as this sort of thing has happened and the way that this burger was put together in here I finally am leaving the review that’s deserved. Do better.

Please hire more people for the summer. There was three people back there doing a job for six and I had to wait thirty minutes to pick up my mobile order. Not throwing shade towards the employees, they tried to work fast and keep me happy. But they shouldn't have to do that if they were adequately staffed.

Ok so i ding fastfood window outfits that give you a bag of food and after you drive away and have your fingers greasy from sneaking fries... THEY DIDNT GIVE YOU ANY DAMN NAPKINS! Ok, the super nice gal at the window left me feeling great, and i did like her friendly tone and smile. It was great to see and hear. And oh look, there is a napkin on top 9f my fries! Turns out it was the ONLY napkin. And it was both the smallest and thinnest napkin anyone had ever given me and tried to claim it was a napkin. I had forgotten to tip and was ready to drive round to hand her a couple bills, .. but the line was long and then i discovered ... essentially no napkins again, and just drive away fuming. No napkins isnt the end of the world, its just really risen high on my list of things i want to lecture fast food people about. Because it happens so freaking often. If they have to add a 25 cent charge for them so be it, but if you are selling food with grease on it.. its ethically and business plan correct... to give your customers something to wipe their fingers and mouth with.

My burger was good but would have benefitted from being seared. Its flavor was a bit like a not completely cooked soyburger. And this was a change from my visits to DQ a few years ago. When i thot they used some of the highest quality burger patties of any fast food place. It was good, but when my burgers good, i usually ask myself if i would eat another one. But not this time. In fact, i barely finished it. Onion rings were just plain unremarkable and wont be a splurge item again until their is more onion in my rings. Good onion rings just dont seem to be sold anymore.

This DQ is often quick to order and get food, good service. We like their ice cream and cheese curds, in particular.
We always do the drive through but recently went and saw that there was actually a long line (not typical). So I went inside and beat the line. The gal at the front looked like she hated her life so it must have just been a rough evening. Usually, not like this.
Parking: There's a chance that, when the line is long, the folks going through the drive through will impede the parking area (but that's not really DQ's fault...it's drivers that don't understand where to go)...doesn't happen a lot, in my experience
