Dave & Buster's Wichita

Timothy was a great help. He took time to find us and give us a coat that was dropped and helped us get our card working. Aside from Timothy, the wait staff was absolutely useless. We sat at a table for an hour and they never took our order or checked on us. Other people were complaining about the same thing. 3 wait staff, 10 tables maybe. No one eats here because you wait staff aren't doing their job.

Played games during couple hours. Pretty cool place but my daughter lost her coat. An associate named Timothy found it and returned it 😀 super awesome guy very helpful, definitely deserves a promotion or raise!

Micayla seated and served us right away. Food was hot and cooked to perfection. Timothy helped us load all of our tickets on to our cards. Both had great personalities and ensured that we had all that we needed.

It was busy when I arrived... then the traffic slowed down significantly, but the speed of service didn't improve. I paid $1 extra for spicy chicken, and they brought regular chicken and a bottle of generic hot sauce. Chicken was overcooked... but the games are fun. Unfortunately, I let my daughter start playing after we both finished our meals, and by the time I got the bill for the food, the funds on the game card had run out.
That being said..... my last visit was the only time I had a negative experience at Dave & Busters. It's usually really fun.

Dave and Busters is one of our favorite places. Timothy was especially nice and happy to help when games needed attention. It’s would be great if they added a few coin pusher games to the arcade though

Been here many times since 2018. Came on the Topuria vs Holloway fight. They had the fight on the projector screen. Cool place for just about everyone!!!

crowded place they took OVER AN HOUR to get 4 plates of wings then they messed up our oreder and gave me bbq instead of buffalo then when they gave me my right order they forgot my fries

Hit was a nice place to visit and relax. Lord have mercy, the ribs were delicious, tender, fall off the bone, I'm a chef and those ribs were to die for, other than that, the game room was a little smaller than I'm use to, but everything was nice, all the attendees were very nice.

We were here on Chiefs Day Sunday, mid afternoon for a birthday get together. Timothy (Game Crew) and the rest of the game crew were wonderful. We always have fun in the game room. Kiddo loves the DC battle game, loads of fun on the Godzilla VR game, not to mention Mario Kart (all 4 of us could play together), Dodgeball, Bowling, and who can forget the carnival type games (my personal favorites for having fun and making loads of tickets). Cassy was our waitress. She was also MC for the Chiefs Day Sunday Raffle. She still kept up with us even though she was doing multiple things. We won a raffle, which was even better. :) Adults and kiddos a like can have fun here and dine on amazingly tasty food. My favorite thing there is the pasta. It is always delicious. I remember a pasta dish from last year, that is how amazing their pasta is. Kiddo loved his smash burger.
If you like fun and ridiculously delicious food and drinks, this is the place to be. It may be a bit on the pricey side, but it is worth every penny. We love games of all kinds and since it is designed for adults and kids a like, playing together is easy to do. The prizes are equally designed for the adult who loves to play and the kiddo that loves to play and get prizes.

Go for the food, stay for the fun and don't forget the dessert!

Best burgers in town! Toni was a fantastic host and really made me and my freind feel welcome! My freind got the loaded steak bowl he loved it. I got a side cesear salad and a classic all American smash burger, YALL when I tell you this burger was sent from the heavens, lemme put you on game Get. The. Burger!!! In all seriousness the team there is lovely and it made our night.

We came in to celebrate our nieces birthday! We had such a great time playing games! Timothy, who works there, was super kind and helpful! That was our first time at Dave and Buster’s and we’re excited to come back again. It was clean, and a friendly environment for the entire family.
