Not a bad donut, there are better in town but not worst either. The staff on the other hand are very rude and lie to their customers.

This is hands-down our family’s favorite donut place! We pass 3 donut shops on our way to this one and it’s worth the drive! Every birthday & special occasion at our house warrants special-ordering donuts from Sugar Shak & any morning we want to make special means we need to start at Sugar Shak! We’ve been going here for 7yr now and have gotten to know the staff & regular customers which makes the whole experience even better. Forever our fav place to go as a family! 🩷

Their donuts are the best! What started out as a pregnancy craving has now turned into a weekly tradition! It isn’t the weekend without a Sugar Shak maple donut or honey bun! The staff are always friendly and there is a great selection!

Sugar Shak is a hidden gem you almost hate to mention because you don't want to share all the goodies they offer. Forget chain donut stores, come visit Sugar Shak!

Service was good and friendly but the donuts were the worst I’ve had in the wichita area! I picked up a box with a mixed assortment at 830 am and they taste stale as if they are yesterdays donuts… half of my fritter was missing the glaze, the glazed donuts were refrigerator cold and tough. I can’t rate the hot items as they had none of their sausage rolls or breakfast pockets… daylight donuts are usually my favorite donut I grew up with them and have been to over 20 locations through the Midwest. These are the worst daylights I’ve had!

I love Sugar Shak Daylight Donuts! The donuts are delicious and they do a wonderful job with custom donuts. I’ve ordered the letter donuts a few times, and they recently made custom ninja turtles donuts for my son’s birthday. We were so impressed - they turned out awesome!! To top it off, everyone who works there is friendly and their online ordering system is convenient. Love supporting this place!

You can feel the love here and in their care for attention to detail.

I have picked up multiple door dash orders from this location and every staff member has been amazing and friendly. You can feel that they being genuine here. Now I always get myself a donut or 2 when I come to pick up an order or there has been times I will go out of my way to stop by here before my primary job. Donuts are so delicious here but service is what really brings me in!

This is the best place to by donuts in Wichita. They will add fillings and other decorations as you request. You can order online in advance and pick them up when you need them. Love the people working there also.

They have THE BEST donuts in town! Order online in advance for a better variety. Do not go after 8 am. They quit making donuts really early and what's left is what you get to choose from.

Staff was friendly. Fairly typical donut/bakery store. I bought couple different types and both were extremely dry with not much flavor. We ended up tossing remainder of donuts in trash as nobody could eat an entire donut and we couldn't get to our drinks fast enough. Been to and had Daylight in multiple cities and confirmed by belief that the brand just isn't very good.
