Peggy is a great waitress. The breakfast was great.She was very courteous to us.Thank her for me she made it a great experience

Food was ok. We were there around 1am...no other customers were there but at least 6 tables still had dirty dishes on them. The waitress was nice and everything but having to hear her discussion with another lady about how her son recently acquired an STD, was too much. We haven't been to Denny's in a while and it'll be even longer before we go back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my usual cheese melt and they were out of sourdough bread, so we said make it with white bread. The waitress comes back and says they are out of mozzarella sticks. So we ordered something completely different. My boyfriend got his food and was basically done when we got our food. It took her 15 minutes just to get our drinks. Took 5 minutes to get our drinks ordered and she sat us. Got our food and it was cold. The sausage was cold in the middle. The hashbrowns were cold. It was horrible never coming back to this one.

This location used to be good, but at 10:00 none of the tables were ready with what they normally had. The waitress spilled coffee filling up my cup and never came back with anything to clean it up with. We ask for some of the jelly packets that are usually at the table, because again the table wasn't ready, and never received any. And to top it all off when we asked for the check, we received the wrong one. The level of service was pitiful at best, and the manager seemed to be inadequate to run the staff. The table behind us hadn't seen any wait staff for over 30min and the table on the other side of us didn't even get a spoon and was told that they were all dirty, sorry. The only reason for the two stars is that the food is what I expected for this place of business.

The server is what made this trip the best. He was so kind, humorous, and made sure we got our best buck for our deal.
WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. Took over an hour and 30 minuets to get our food. Restrooms were so horrible, there was someone in the girls restroom for the whole time we were there and the other stall was horrible. Our food was all burnt or "well done" brought out all of our order but mine took 20 minuets to get mine so everyone was done by the time I got it.

The wait staff were friendly and the food was food, however, the very best I can give them is a two. We came at a slow time with minimal customers. We were seated after standing for 8 minutes. I observed staff standing around visiting. Perhaps it took them 8 minutes to realize we were standing there to be seated. Our appetizer was served at the same time as one of our meals. I made them take back the meal until all food was ready for our table. 7 minutes later the entire table was served.No salt or pepper shakers were on the table, I had to get them myself from other tables. The salt and pepper shakers tops were filthy.
We came here for my birthday. It was Christmas day. We waited for 1 hour and 3p minutes before getting our appetizer. We then waited for another 45 minutes before we got our food and it was cold. I understand it was christmas and busy but it would have at least been nice to have hot food especially for my birthday dinner. Will not be going here again.

The service was great and even though our waitress was concerned about a family member on Christmas day she was a trooper. Being a waitress can be stressful enough on Christmas. We think she was awesome and inspirational.

I love Denny’s, but the only time I get to enjoy going there, is when I go to Pigeon Forge,. Because there is not one anywhere close to my house!! I really wish they would put one in, there are plenty of great locations here !!!
