Great salads but every time I order mine they do not do the right protein, very disappointing.

Not the best experience as a carryout customer lately. First, you don't even get acknowledged, and you just wait about 10 minutes until someone asks you what you are here for. They will make you feel as if you're at fault for placing a carryout order. They do treat dine-in customers friendlier, at least from what I have seen. This location used to be efficient. Always had carryout orders ready to go. Some bad actors ruined the operation. The owner (s) please take note.

Went there today for lunch. The girl working the cash register was very rude, she had a bad attitude like she didn't want to be there. When we came to the register to pay we told her that we had an extra ticket and she ignored us and continued to enter in the extra salad. After we told her for the third time that we only had three salads and not four. She finally changed it on the register we paid. As soon as we were finished paying the first salad was ready to go. We went outside to sit down to wait for the other two salads. When the second salad came the same girl at the register brought it out to us and again she acted like she was inconvenienced to have to come out there. She pretty much through the plate on the table and then just turned around and walked off. It made us feel like we did something we shouldn't have. It was just a very hostile feeling. And after all that they didn't even make the 3rd salad because that was the extra ticket we had at the register that was supposed to go to the people making the salads. Instead the girl working the cash register threw it away. So when I went in to check on the third salad they hadn't even made it. Yet when I got that salad the girl again at the register was the one who brought it to me. She said nothing to me and turned around and just walked off after giving it to me. The food was really good but I was very disappointed in the customer service of the girl running the cash register. Just very very rude.

I ordered a Doc Carribean last week with chicken tenders instead of salmon and with raspberry vinaigrette. There was a party of 3 in front of me to give an order. She made their salads and then finally took my order. The chicken tenders was different than I've ever had there before. Then there were five of us waiting to pay. My salad was sitting there while all of us were waiting to pay. The same person who took orders, made the salads also came over to take our money. There were FIVE other people working there, plus one other person came back to work while we were standing there waiting to pay. We were all ignored by every single person in there. It was horrible and I'll never eat there again. What all these other people were doing, I have no idea. It was like one person did the whole operation single-handedly from taking orders, making salads and taking money.
Food was good, ordering process was a bit confusing, and the staff was not the most helpful in explaining how to go through things. But I could tell they were training new staff as well. Overall food was good and restaurant was clean

I ordered the Fiesta Chicken wrap and grilled zucchini/squash. It was delicious! It was delivered quick and warm through GrubHub+. I hadn't planned on eating the whole.thi g but couldn't help myself as it was so tasty.
The employees were unfriendly, unprofessional and lazy.

My husband and I went there for lunch and we each ordered a salad, he also paid extra for chicken on his salad. They brought out his salad only without the chicken. When I asked for a refund, they did not seem concerned, never apologized, did not offer any compensation, and only refunded my salad. Extremely poor customer service we will not be returning.

I've been 3 times. Im always excited about what i think I've asked for, then a little disappointed by what i get. Then wonder if my order wasn't clear. After watching both people i was eating with do the same, l now know it isn't me. Im not getting what I wanted. It's almost byt its missing something or somethingnis wrong. Minenwas missingbavacado, my friend got blue cheese instead of fetta, another friend asked for fetta couldnt find any cheese. If you go at lunch, rsuh be prepared to get what you get, or send it back. I won't be going back at $15 for a salad and water i can do better.

Had dinner tonight and it was wonderful! Service was great. We enjoyed all the food and the restaurant was clean. I’m pleasantly surprised because it had seemed to been lacking awhile ago but now it’s back!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
