I came in some weeks back and the lady who took my order was very rude. I was telling her my order and she proceeded to walk away as I was telling her what I wanted and didn’t want in my food. When I got my order she totally got it wrong and when I complained about it she never apologized but asked me “what do you mean”. Well if you would have listened maybe you would’ve got it correct. She took the food re-did it and still had a bad attitude. I enjoy coming to this place because it close to me but if she’s going to be taking orders it’s best yawl replace her with someone else because she’s running people off.

Horrible customer service every time I go. You submit a customer complaint and never receive an answer. You call the store and nobody picks up. They gave me the wrong order - TWICE and I tried getting ahold of someone to get it resolved. Nope. Last time I’ll come to this one.

This place was awful. Service was poor, the tables were dirty, there was a rancid smell wafting through the place coming from the bathrooms that we didn’t notice until sitting down. So not not worth the money we spent. The food was bland, the ingredients, old, and the meal poorly prepared. Service was worse, and the possibility of food born illness is sneakily rearing its head, as I came hungry and was full after only a few bites of my salad. Suffice it to say, we left with our meals barely touched to see if we needed to weather a storm of tummy troubles at home. This place is a hard pass, just go literally anywhere else.

I would give zero stars if I could. My first time eating here and I’ll never be back. I ordered a chewy marshmallow dessert and when I picked up in store they told me they no longer sell them and since I ordered online I would have to go through a manager to get a refund. She claimed she didn’t know how to do a refund. The dessert was $4 and I didn’t tip because I picked up my order. The girl told me all of this while she was laughing. I said fine, I’ll talk to a manager tomorrow. Lo and behold, she suddenly knew how to give a refund.

Doc Greens has never disappointed me. Chef salad was delicious as always. I noticed the boxes have gotten smaller so smaller portion. Still I will always eat there.
So i am a frequent customer here, today i experience rudeness for once. There was a misunderstanding over the phone order. I order a salad and the person asked me for a side? I didn’t realize at the moment salads never come with side, so whatever I said a side. And when I got there to pay she said “two paninis right” I said “no i had a salad” she said “when they ask for a side it’s for a panini, salad no side okay, I go make it” I was confused for a bit and before I started talking she walked away, and kinda slammed the fridge to start my salad. I was going to say that it’s okay I’ll take the panini. But with that attitude. No, I just decided to not talk and to get my order right. Sucks to start a Monday like this. Anywayyy hope that lady and I, learned something new today.

Smelled like gas leak in the store. Workers seemed like they didn’t care about anything. Food wasn’t good , sloppy and just not good eats I use to recommend this place but maybe it’s the location because I will NOT be spending my money there again.
This place never fails to deliver on their wraps, salads, paninis, service, atmosphere, professionalism, and kindness.
The gentleman brought me a fork. Its the little stuff like that really adds up and makes me have no choice but to keep coming back.
The grilled zucchini is Very Juicy and delicious. The old bay hot sauce is a bonus, please dont ever get rid of this!
