First time here, and I purchased 2 different wraps. Both of them were good. The sides, however, could have been better. I will still return in the near future to try different menu items and different sides. Could have just been what I ordered this time around.

I would give zero stars if I could. My first time eating here and I’ll never be back. I ordered a chewy marshmallow dessert and when I picked up in store they told me they no longer sell them and since I ordered online I would have to go through a manager to get a refund. She claimed she didn’t know how to do a refund. The dessert was $4 and I didn’t tip because I picked up my order. The girl told me all of this while she was laughing. I said fine, I’ll talk to a manager tomorrow. Lo and behold, she suddenly knew how to give a refund.

Doc Greens has never disappointed me. Chef salad was delicious as always. I noticed the boxes have gotten smaller so smaller portion. Still I will always eat there.

So i am a frequent customer here, today i experience rudeness for once. There was a misunderstanding over the phone order. I order a salad and the person asked me for a side? I didn’t realize at the moment salads never come with side, so whatever I said a side. And when I got there to pay she said “two paninis right” I said “no i had a salad” she said “when they ask for a side it’s for a panini, salad no side okay, I go make it” I was confused for a bit and before I started talking she walked away, and kinda slammed the fridge to start my salad. I was going to say that it’s okay I’ll take the panini. But with that attitude. No, I just decided to not talk and to get my order right. Sucks to start a Monday like this. Anywayyy hope that lady and I, learned something new today.

They never give you enough food for what you pay for. I actually just called the store to place an order for pick up and they ignored the phone 3 times in a row and then proceeded to pick up and say “they’re busy.” Never giving my money to this place again.

Smelled like gas leak in the store. Workers seemed like they didn’t care about anything. Food wasn’t good , sloppy and just not good eats I use to recommend this place but maybe it’s the location because I will NOT be spending my money there again.

Never been to Doc Greens before, didn't know where to order. I stood at the beginning of the line for a minute and there were several employees behind the counter, but no one acknowledged me, so I walked to the register and the employee was on her phone, finished her text or whatever, then rudely said order down there (where I had just been standing a moment ago). When I placed my order, the other employee didn't add my second wrap, repeated the order three times, but still didn't get my second wrap. The Mac and cheese was delicious! But I didn't care for the chicken wrap - the pieces of meat were too thick and chewy for me.
The food was great, and I got plenty of food for the price! Also, the sides were fantastic.

This place is a joke and it’s filthy and there’s only one nice person that works here. She should be the manager because she seems to be thinking correctly. Oh, and the “billionaire “ owner should hire better workers and people that actually like working and interacting with customers so that way people can enjoy their experience when they come here.
