Had the worst salad of my life ordered for salad spent $60 my lunch break try to speak to the supervisor manager whoever he was who was very rude unapproachable would not give me my money back would refuse it make remake my food terrible customer service, and argued with me Highly recommend do not go here

I had an issue with my DoorDash order and ended up having to pick it up (no fault on Doc Greens). The employee who helped me was super friendly and quick to help me get in and out as soon as possible. I love this location and will continue to visit it regularly thanks to the amazing food and the equally amazing staff.

We went in at 630. No one else there. 4 girls working. One standing around on her phone, one just standing there, two talking. They didn't seem to want to take our order, then took over 30 minutes for our food. I typically go to Derby and it's great.

I ate it so fast. I forgot to take a pic! Grilled veggie wrap w/ grilled veggies for side. My 1st time trying Doc Greens & I must say... you now have another FAN : )

I ordered online( boy )salad Because of illness a friend picked the meal up for me.When I received my meal it was not completely as ordered. It arrived with no dressing, silver wear,burnt tenderloins which had been cold for a while. I've ordered this meal many times. When I tried to call to talk to someone the phone lines were broken. I still tried at least 4 times to talk to someone but was unsuccessful. Because it was the only thing I had to eat ,I tried eating what was good only which ended up being the field greens,onions and fruit. Around 8ish my spouse came home unexpectedly ( on break) .We decided that the burnt tenderloins be returned for a replacement. When he arrived he was told tenderlions would not be replaced because the salad was eaten mostly. He wasn't asking for a refund just that the tenderloins that were burnt be replaced.eggs,strawberry ,grapes some onions were returned. I paid 18.30 for a meal that I didn't get to enjoy because it was burnt and when I tried to call 4xs the phone line was down. With no dressing or silverware.Poor customer services ?

They did really good first couple Times I went but last time they got my order wrong 3 times. After the second time I just ate what they made. We have issues every time we order from this Hillside location and finally decided to completely stop considering Doc Greens.Tonight we called about our DoorDash order that had been sitting up there for 20 minutes and the lady working answered and immediately hung up the four times before finally accepting the call.“Bad service” really doesn’t begin to cover it. Mind bogglingly bad.
