Very cool place. Drink menu is ok, but could be better, on the allocated side. food menu wasn't that great for the price and doesn't seem to match the quality of the environment. This place could really be awesome, and for the size should be packed on a Saturday night. This would be the second time I have been here and will most likely be back many more. For the price I feel like the high-end spirit selection could improve, and the food options could improve. But overall, a very cool place.

Great place to spend the holidays with family. Service staff was amazing and had a great deal of knowledge of all the drinks they were serving. They were able to steer us all towards drinks we loved. The Sippin Santa was my favorite. Even bought a Sippin Santa mug to take home with me for our mantle. Would highly recommend this place!

We've been to Dockum many times and always enjoy our visits. We decided to go for their Christmas pop-up. The ambience was alright, I wouldn't say it was over the top Christmas like many other bars are doing here in Wichita for the season. The place was packed/full. Where we ran into trouble, was we ordered drinks (4 of us) and it took 45 minutes to get our drinks. They only scheduled 1 bartender for a full bar on a Saturday evening at 9 p.m. The Christmas Cocktail menu that was curated for the season, also left a lot to be desired. To top it all off they had live music (not opposed to live music) but she was singing so loudly you couldn't carry on a conversation. Overall, not a good experience. We had 1 drink and went elsewhere. Dockum, maybe stick to what you know - good strong 'speakeasy' curated cocktails. If you want to have live music that's fine, but let's turn down the volume so that a table can carry on a conversation.
