Great food!! They were very accommodating with ordering for our kids (adding shrimp and quail eggs)
Started with 2 orders of the spring rolls, they were AMAZING!
Tried their crab soup special, had a half crab, crabsticks, quail eggs, and shrimp.
Great staff and great food, so glad we stopped here on our way through Wichita

Dolphin is a hidden gem offering a delightful fusion of Vietnamese and Korean flavors. The Korean BBQ short ribs (galbi) are simply outstanding. Marinated to perfection with soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and a hint of sweetness, the ribs are grilled to a tender, juicy, and slightly charred finish.

The cozy atmosphere and attentive staff make the dining experience even better. If you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or Korean BBQ, Dolphin's short ribs are a must-try. Will definitely be coming back to the other menu items

We have been enjoying the food from this restaurant a lot, but today, after waiting 30 minutes for our to-go order, we received burned egg rolls, and the portions of our beef plate ($12+) were laughable for the price. It was just white rice, some green veggies, and at most 1 oz of beef. Don’t get me wrong; this is still a great restaurant with remarkable food and friendly staff, but this dip in quality is gross negligence and a sad example of what this restaurant truly is. Please consider this review not as an attack, but more of a call to action. Thank you.

This place is a hidden gem! The good is awesome, service is great and prices are reasonable. It's a bit hard to find the first time, but it is totally worth the tiny bit of extra effort! We eat at basically all Chinese and Vietnamese shops in Wichita, and this is in the top list.

The Taro Boba with Rose syrup added was so delicious, it hit the spot, Thank you!!! ??????? They have very good music, too. Also, the Lady there is so nice! She told me to go back again soon! and I will!

Great food. I ordered to go here 2 times already. They give you a to-go bowl to eat the soup, so you don’t need to have your own bowl. It is very convenient if you are at work. Besides, the bowl is full of meats. They are definitely not stinky about giving you meats. The taste is great, most closer to authentic flavor than what i have tried.

Great food. I ordered to go here 2 times already. They give you a to-go bowl to eat the soup, so you don’t need to have your own bowl. It is very convenient if you are at work. Besides, the bowl is full of meats. They are definitely not stinky about giving you meats. The taste is great, most closer to authentic flavor than what i have tried.

The menu is small but mighty. I recommend trying the Vietnamese soups. They are authentic Southern Viet style cooking, and will cure your cravings if you don't have a Viet mom or grandma nearby. My brother and I tried all of them and my favorite is the Bun Mam. The homemade chili ?️ oil is nice, hot and spicy just how I like. The menu is small but I like that because then the items can be focused and improved upon. It's past the Vietnamese supermarket on Pawnee and Hillside in the corner of the plaza. Don't let the location deter you! The food is great! I can't wait to try the drinks as they have an extensive boba/smoothie menu also.
