I am very, very picky when it comes to pho. I’m not a fan of Hoisin or Sriracha in my pho, I just like the broth plain. So finding the “right” flavor in the broth is a challenge. This was the closest to how my late Ba Noi (grandma) used to make her pho. I also love the iced coffee and they have a great variety of boba tea flavors. Please don’t sleep on this place. Good pho soup and spring rolls. Fairly quick service. Not a fan of the thick chewy tripe used in the pho as it was not the traditional thin style in accustomed to. Next time I'll order it without that. I'll definitely be back because it's that good.
