The worst Domino’s I have ever been to. Hardly any dipping sauce in the pan. They burnt the loaded tots. Ordered the Mac and cheese with bacon didn’t get the bacon.
I don't why they disabled online payment but my pizza was overcooked and took way too long to get to my house

Place has gone downhill, if the workers spent more time actually working then food would be correct and on time. The pizza is always sloppy and extra crispy, the cheese is always burned.

I think they must have had freakin' MERLIN on the oven tonight because our order was cooked absolutely perfectly. I mean like give me the chills type of yummy.

Couldn’t get my order right, once we finally did, they told me I had to pay over the phone! I never had to pay over the telephone. It was such a huge inconvenience. We went else where, for the exact same thing for even cheaper and better service.

Ordered online went to pickup(drive-thru). Told me 2 more minutes even though I was already past the time it was ready. After 10 minutes told me wasn't quite ready told me to get back in line and wait. Got back to the window told me would be a few more minutes it was probably 10 before someone told me my pizza was dropped on the ground and it would be another 10 minutes. They lied and lied and lied. So guessing they gave my pizza to someone else and by the way never even apologized. I am still waiting for my refund but I can't get the hour of my life or my HUNGRY family's life back. I had good luck with them up till then even filed a case and have not heard back. THEY SUCK THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ME OR YOU. AVOID THEM. They have absolutely no excuses for this unprofessional behavior. I am a patient person I understand things happen but a lie is not going to work and this reflects upon the manager and the franchise owner who obviously are as good as their employees which are not good.

I just finished throwing out our meal. Astonishing to open the box and find that out Philly Cheese steak pizza had absolutely no sauce or cheese! Wow like ordering a hamburger to find you got only a bun and a pickle! Had we lived closer we might have taken it back but who wants to drive all the way back and wait another hour or more to get the order. Hopefully I can laugh about this some day but right now I am too mad.
We waited an hour before our pizza got delivered. We ordered 3 different toppings and they’re all like they’ve been out of the oven for a long time, almost cold. I’m not happy about our purchase.
FINALLY I got a really good pizza! I haven’t ordered from Dominos in about 4-5 months because the last pizza I got was terrible, but this time, it was great! And shout out to the delivery driver William for getting it to us still super hot! Thank you!

You should be able to talk to the store directly not a third party, they don't really know what is going on at the store. Like if they are out of some ingredients...this can cause delays and incorrect pizzas.

Food was cold order was missing items sat in drive thur waiting for my order while my order sat on a shelf getting cold no accountability for the drive thur even had one employee tell they were not doing the drive thru because they were working on delivery orders I had put in an online pickup order and the app showed my order was ready very confusing 20 mins later when someone took the time to figure it out
