At 7:45 am waited in line form15 minutes without being acknowledged by the 3 workers. Had to order on the kiosk. Drive through and online took obvious priority. If you want any service, use drive through.

I've ordered 2 different times and I'm done going here. They don't know how to make a simple coffee. 1st one was cold and 2nd one has no flavor. I'll be going back out to Love's truck stop to the Dunkin donuts. At least I get my coffee the way I like it!

My favorite store in Wichita by far. I’ve tried another close location a few times and their cold brew was see through! This location has been consistent every single time. The donuts were very fresh / soft and the wake up wraps are toddler approved!

Got two drinks, a green tea strawberry refresher and an arctic cherry energy. The arctic cherry was fine but the green tea refresher smelled and tasted like rotten eggs! 🤢

Over 30 minute wait to get a turkey wrap and a coffee
Wow, what a lackluster, bland, and sterile way of getting breakfast this morning. Regardless of when I order at my regular location on 47th Street, they ALWAYS greet us with something that starts our day right. This Rock Rd location didn't even greet us or utter a single word. Coffee wasn't flavored at all, even though it had the pistachio flavor on the label. Either they are not paid enough to care at all, or they just don't on their own accord. Customer service has always been part of Dunkin's atmosphere. Apparently not at this location. Do Better Dunkin. Grade D on this visit.

I edited my review. Since you hired the AMAZING Gabriella.... this store is my FAV! she has remade my drink 2x for me, because the Greenwich location cannot seem to make it properly. I'm a daily client. I love my coffee. Gabriella is so knowledgeable, kind, and a great GM! PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE! I said this, not her. She is awesome!
