By far my favorite Dunkin in the Wichita area. I've visited all of the locations multiple times over the last few years and I have found this one to have the best service and atmosphere. Sure, certain items can be sold out at times and the app doesn't always reflect that (I usually order ahead) but I'm always offered something else or they'll hold the ticket for a few days until they get the item.
Times can get hectic when there is a rush, be patient and you'll be happy in the end. It's time I head to Dunkin for my morning fix...
Parking: Just use caution backing out, McDonald's traffic does always pay attention.
This Dunkin is my happy place. The employees are friendly and helpful. I'm there enough that they call me by name. The cold brew with cold foam is the best!
I come here three times a week. mobile order in the drive-through. once they were out of my donut but Em suggested a new kind thats now my favorite. I’ve never had any other problems here. Best Dunkin.

Great friendly service! I came to get a dozen donuts at the drive-thru. Got to the window and they said a price, took my card and then closed the window and then I'm like wait. That doesn't sound right. It was supposed to be double that. Instead of going through any hassle to fix it, they just gave me my donuts at pretty much half off. They were very cheery and very kind!
I had a mobile order for coffee and my boyfriend did an order. They gave us the wrong bag three times. They forgot my coffee <mobile order ahead> twice and when I got it, it was made completely wrong.

I use to come to this location daily since they opened. However, they recently have been going downhill. The customer service is not what it used to be to be and they are always out of something. Wish someone would put more care into this location it needs it.

Kid-friendliness: They have a lot of different things for kids.
Every time I go there no matter the time they are out of everything bagels even at 5:30am when they open at 5am. The service is always slow especially when they make sandwiches and the workers never know how to work the register to input the order. The floor is always sticky no matter where you walk and the prices are outrageous now. I just paid over $10 for 2 bacon, egg and cheese on bagels, the bacon is ALWAYS limp and the egg is ALWAYS wet and soggy and the bagels are rubbery and hard to chew. I can get that on real bagels with real bacon and eggs back home in NJ for cheaper. I will no longer be going there and will be going to Dutch Bros. up the street from now on.

I am a bag dunkin fan, my go to everytime. Always order a coffee and sourdough sandwich, but the bacon is never fully cooked and the bread is either not toasted or wayyy too toasted. I have sent complaints in through the dunkin website but the bacon is still an issue. It's the same way at the Central location also.
