Literally the worst coffee shop in town. Employees are extremely rude and snarky. If they get the order wrong they laugh about it. I came back to give them a chance to do better and it was even worse than before. I will never return.

As a DoorDash driver, I was extremely frustrated with this Dunkin’ Donuts location. Despite having 20 minutes to prepare the order, it wasn’t ready when I arrived at 9am. I even asked the staff to make it on the spot, but they refused. This led to a huge delay and a very poor experience for both me and the customer.

I order a donut and coffee. After over 15 minutes of waiting, another customer walked in and placed an order, which they immediately filled. I objected and said I had been waiting for my order for over 15 minutes and asked for a refund. No one ever spoke to me until I asked for the refund. Horrible service!!!!

I sleep irregular hours, and sometimes don't get up until noon. Aside from the big restaurants, Dunkin' Donuts is the only place I can get breakfast at that time. Also, just anytime you want a delish breakfast at most any time, Dunkin' Donuts has breakfast sandwiches that are really tasty. On a croissant or bagel or grilled bread, they have a nice selection. Different coffees, or fresh OJ, plus a fresh donut to top it off....yum city!
ps I am handicapped so I order delivery most of the time. I've never had problems with my order. (Knock on wood 🪵.)

Every single time I come to this location I'm missing eighth of my large shaken espresso! When I say can u make this a large not a medium. They have a attitude.
