RUDE. Beyond Rude. After waiting for 20 minutes, Went to pay for my order with cash, a $100, and she wouldn’t accept the bill. Apparently, even though not posted, they don’t accept any bills over $20. I had enough to cover my daughter’s donuts in other cash, but couldn’t get my coffee. I own restaurants, I understand the challenges of fake currency but get a pen or train your people to check for real currency. Terrible. Ridiculous.

Really really tough to get the correct order here. You will pay and be shown the right order but they just can’t seem to get it into the bag correct. I’ve been 5 times since moving to this side of town a couple of months ago and every time something is wrong. No long line or bad service they just can’t give ya the right stuff

I’ve tried to give this place several chances and it just sucks. Order is always wrong or something is missing. I ordered hash brown today and they were cold.. Like ice cold. Management needs to look into this place.

Breakfast special was affordable. Everything tasted good. Nice clean dining area, pleasant staff. Only thing I'd be picky about is everything has a recycling label, but no recycling bin available.

Visiting this store was a total waste of time. I rated everything as a 1 star because after standing in line for 15 minutes and watching others decide to leave due to the wait they wouldn’t even bother to try and make what I ordered. I tried to order the Arctic Cherry refresher with green tea instead of sparkling water. Understand I’ve ordered it like this at 2 other Dunkin’s with no issues, but this Dunkin’ wouldn’t even consider making. When the cashier asked a couple employees they didn’t even stop to help and when the girl behind the counter asked the supervisor she just shrugged and shook her head no. Didn’t bother to come over to assist or suggest ordering it a different way and was completely uninterested in my business. It will be the last time I visit this store and will drive out of my way to the others that are willing to service customers. Even the airport Dunkin’ here in town could figure a way to make this order. Avoid this store if you want anything not exactly on the menu.

It is apparent that the location went under new ownership. Stopped by to grab breakfast for my kid leaving a doctor’s appointment since it was a little after 10:30am, and other places were no longer serving. We ordered hash browns. He thought they were gross. I tried it and I agreed. They were not hot, so it was apparent they were cooked ahead then laying out before given to us.

NASTY! UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE. Place mobile order and went through the drive thru, firstly the Latte and Coffee both were super disgusting and filled with more milk than anything! They TRIED to give me food that was burned, in a nasty wrapper and box that was filled with coffee spills. Went back to the drive thru and returned every single thing and wanted a refund. The manager on duty lacked empathy and was truly rude for no reason. Before you sent that food and drink out the window you should have prepared it correctly and better than what you did!! That was my third time visiting this location and will be my LAST!

Tried to door dash some hot chocolate. Ended up getting cold hot chocolate with some coffee creamer in it. 2 of my friends ordered dunkin too and both got their orders wrong too. Will not be door dashing again.

Waited in the drive through for someone to take our coffee order with only one car at the window for about 10 minutes. We then waited for another 25 mins. The person in front of us only had donuts. Our hot coffee wasn't even hot. It was warm i could just chug it. We always visit this dunkin. Typically prefer it over others as the wait isn't lkng especially in the late eveing when we go. However today we were less then impressed at only 2pm. I'm unsure if we will go back. This is our second less then satisfactory experience.

So, when we walked in, the two young ladies behind the counter couldn't be bothered to acknowledge our existance for two minutes. Walked past us twice without a look in our general direction. I understand that you're busy. But, how about an "I'll be right with you" or a "HI. Just a moment.".
