Fresh food and friendly service! They got one aspect of our order wrong, so we went back to tell them and we got the rest of our food (plus extra) and 2 free donuts! Yippee!

I absolutely love coming to this location. There is one closer to my house but I'm much prefer this one and a lot of it is because of one of the employees. Her name is Linda. I absolutely love seeing her every morning. She super chipper and she knows me by my name. I know that tells you that I go toDunkin a lot but that's okay. I love that she is very personable with me!

Staff was very rude and condescending. We had issues with the Mobile app while ordering for a baby shower. The two ladies working did not have any interest in helping us. Both ladies made comments that were unnecessary and highly unprofessional. I feel terrible for the lady who looked like she had just started and one lady was speaking to her very disrespectfully. I will never order from this place again and will highly recommend another place to other people.

We came for donuts for my kids on a day that was both my husbands birthday and his fathers funeral. We had placed an order through the uber eats app and went through the drive thru, not knowing we had to go inside, or that there apparently was a difference between the mobile order and an Uber eats order. They were very rude to us in the drive thru before telling us we had to come in, saying uber eats wasn’t allowed in the drive thru. I came inside, told the girl at the counter that I had an uber eats order and she then turned to the person who had been rude to us in the drive thru and said “she said she has a mobile order,” at which point the woman says still in a rude tone “it’s not a mobile order, it’s an Uber eats order” and dismissively hands me the bag and turns around. On such a difficult day for my husband and kids after just losing a loved one and preparing for his funeral today, it was unbelievable to be to treated like that because we didn’t use the right terminology, having never placed an order through an app at Dunkin before.

Inviting and clean inside, fresh and tasty donuts and I love that they have a variety even of the small munchkin donuts. Pleasant and patient worker on a Sunday morning.

Horrible donuts! They used to be okay, but now are almost inedible. Smaller, greasier, and less flavor. Glaze is not even shiny. Gave them a few chances, but no improvement. For very little more money, go anywhere else, even QT, for better donuts.

Waited 10 min for our food. We were only people in store. Country music so loud we could barely have a conversation. Food was cold, cheese on my sandwich was ice cold. I'll stick to QT breakfast sandwiches. I do recommend the Hyland bottles milk, was very good. Wife says latte was also good.

The general manager Amanda was more concerned about the drive through and did not greet anyone at the counter. There was a young man assisting a. Ustomer with a large order. Amanda did not try to help the 5 people standing in line until I got her attention to help. Then she was snippy and never said thank you to anyone. There was a gentleman in the back. I assumed he was the franchise owner. Never looked up or acted as if customer service was not a priority. Drive through the priority. I will take sugar shack. Paradise. And quick trip before I ever enter this franchise location.
