Only giving 1 star because zero is not an option. Dunkin has always been consistent for me with the exception of this location. 10am breakfast order, they do not inform us until we get to the window (and have paid) that the sourdough for the sandwich is still frozen, and they do not have English muffins available for our second choice. Unfortunately, this is not a unique experience for this location and is the one consistent thing about it. The franchise should be pulled.

I used to get a little frustrated by the service here, but it's turned around so much!! Ash and Chris have made a huge difference in my experience at this location, so I'll keep going back!
Every Dunkin u see an Arabian working!…..run! They can’t even make a caramel macchiato right can’t do anything right at that!
Served a burnt bagel. When I went back and politely asked for a new one to be made the kid that brought the "new" one out said it wasn't even burnt. New bagel was also burnt and stale. Took my sandwich and drink back for a full refund. It's a shame they suck so bad I was very happy one was going to be so close to home. not to mention the same drink I always order is different every time there and was told by the same kid, I ordered it wrong....

I go here once a week for a latte. No more now due to product inconsistencies. Lattes are sometimes more froth than espresso and last time I visited, they gave me an Americano and charged me for a latte. I will go across the street to Starbucks for now on. They are always kind and cheerful when serving, but I'd rather have a consistent product.

Come here to pick delivery and they aways put us off. I average 30 mins here waiting on orders or longer. Was told today by the staff delivery customers are lazy and need to pick up there own orders and they won't start a the order tell they have no customer in drive though.

Im a “regular” of this location (at least once a week) who has officially decided to find another breakfast/coffee stop.
The last two times I’ve gone, my bagel was so stale I couldn’t even eat it. Ridiculous that they felt fine serving that to me.
Also I’m annoyed that even if there is no one behind you, they make you pull forward to the front of the store or a parking spot to get your order.

Worst Dunkin’ out there. I got 2 bagels and a drink, the bagels were burnt and hard as a rock. I went back up there to tell them that mind you i was being nice about it cause mistakes happen and they caught attitude and gave me the same bagels and my drink was the wrong drink. I was nice said it’s was fine I understand fast food , it can be hard but you don’t have to stay there if you don’t like your job go to Walmart or some shi.

Ordered avocado toast, was charged for it, but then was told they didn't have it. Asked for a refund, and the cashier denied it. She only wanted to replace it with something else, which there is nothing else food wise that I would eat from there. She was very uncaring and somewhat rude about it. After turning down everything she said I could replace it with, another person came to the window and said the manager would issue the refund. Still haven't seen it. I go to another location 3 - 5 times a week. Probably will consider another concept altogether.

On Monday, April 8th, two Asian female employees at the store were negligent and lacked proper manners. When I arrived at the drive-through to collect my order, despite it being prepaid, they instructed me to come inside after parking my car. They seemed disinterested and spent their time gossiping instead of assisting customers. Additionally, one of them explicitly stated that they prioritize drive-through customers over those picking up orders, displaying a confrontational and haughty attitude.The store manager, must check with the behavior and the work they are doing
