The donuts tasted like old frozen donuts you would get at a gas station. Definitely not worth the money. And the specialty coffee wasn't good either.

It's sad to see this store getting managed into extinction. I won't be back until they make major changes, unless they're put if business by then. As someone from New England who grew up on Dunkin, it makes me sad that this is what it has come to.

No it really hasn't changed it still sucks The service sucks seems like every time you hire a manager they suck I'm sorry that I'm using that word a lot but when the customer has to come around to the side of the counter to try to wave down some help and there's four or five people standing in the back service sucks
Based on my experience here, the food I have ordered on various occasions has been pretty good. The customer service I have received has been fine with no issues presented. Would recommend and would return.

this location is horrible. as a customer and an applicant. a year ago i got offered a job as an overnight baker. i wasn’t sure if i wanted to work overnights so the manger told me to think about it & let him know. literally the next day tried to call the store & he apparently wasn’t there. tried to call 2 more times the same week. a girl answered & i asked if i could speak to the manager, literally heard her tell him i was on the phone & also heard him tell her to tell me he wasn’t there…. so i just stopped trying because he obviously did not care. applied again about a month ago because im desperate for a job, nobody contacted me for an interview so i messaged them about it and got a text back saying “tomorrow at noon”. so the next day i show up for the interview and there’s literally like 1 girl working. told her i was there for an interview. she looked confused & said hold on. went to the back, came back with a piece of paper that was just written on with the same questions i already answered on the online application (name, phone number, etc). i wrote down my answers, handed it back to her & she goes “ok idk when they’re gonna give you a call but…sorry” like what?? i came for an interview and didn’t even get one. complete waste of my time.
