I have had numerous bad experiences ever since the blonde messy haired girl has started. (Her hair has to end up in food with the way she wears it, doesn’t looked brushed and sticks up all over) This used to be my absolute favorite Dunkin, most of the staff knew me as I used to go through almost daily and sometimes a couple times a day on weekends. Since this girl has started she has been extremely rude every time I go so now I refuse to go to this location as I’m afraid she will poison my order. On one occasion I ordered a Chai latte which tasted horrid and was almost black in color. Every other time I have ordered chai it’s been almost white in color and tasted great. I drove back around the explained that it did not taste or look right and could I please get something else, I was screamed at and she told me she made it and it’s right and she can make it again but it will be the same way cause that’s what chai looks like. I again said can I just get a caramel ice coffee instead she replied no because your drink is right. After another employee came to the window and tried to take her side I finally got a refund. The next time I went she was slamming the window yanking my card to pay from my hand and refused to speak to me. Last week when I went late at night I ordered 2 caramel ice coffees with cream, she repeated the order over the speaker as 2 caramel ice coffees with cold foam I said no cold foam, cream. Got the coffees and there was no caramel, so I pulled around went inside, started telling the girl up front that the coffees were missing caramel. The rude drive through girl came flying from the back screaming at me and said if you said caramel it would have caramel and I repeated your order to you. I said yes you did and I told you it was wrong, can you please just add caramel it only takes a couple seconds. She grabbed the cups and yelled it takes you 2 seconds to walk out so get out so I can lock the door behind you. She followed me, slammed the door and locked it with another customer inside. I have complained about her numerous times, manager doesn’t seem to care. I now go out of my way to visit a different location. Corporate should really go visit this location as a person that is in management in food service I have no idea how they pass inspections and the store manager obviously does not know how to train people to provide customer service, satisfaction or build employee morale. Very sad that I can’t go to this location, it’s in a area I visit often and there is one girl that works here that is so sweet, knows my name and makes the best coffees.

They have breakfast sandwiches and specialty donuts and hot/cold coffee drinks. Ok place to go for breakfast and/or coffee, but there are local donut shops that have larger portions and better selection.

Walked in, no one at counter. It stunk, the counter was completely dirty and the trash was overflowing. Never did see an employee as I walked out, about to puke. S West St Location Wichita, Ks.

This location is so inconsistent. I used to ask for light creamer in my usual cold brew, and would most of the time get double. Just outsicream, no coffee, no matter how I specified. So I started asking for no creamer in it, which seems cool proof. It isn't.So often, it comes with cold foam, without even asking, and my friend at Dunkin said they charge extra for that. I was told this last time, that "all the cold brews have cold foam on top". ?They're always charging me extra and hardly ever give me what I ask for. Rock road location is great, though.

Placed an order online night before asking for 930a pickup. Order was not filled when I got there at 940a, and they disappeared in back for a few, then came back and asked what I ordered (even though they had the coffee ready so they had received the order). I told them what I ordered and they said they couldn't fill it. And they wouldn't give me a refund, said I had to go thru the app (and thru the app they're saying it will be a couple days before someone gets back to me). They employees were not apologetic and were rude because I was confused on how you can place an online order the night before and then be told they can't fill it when you come to pick it up. They were trying to explain their 'process' to me. Doesnt matter. Whatever the process is, it's not working. Never again. Worst Dunkin experience ever.

I usually go every morning. I love the fellas they’re so full of joy they definitely make your morning beautiful. The women not so much they talk like they hate their jobs. I was so disappointed in this bacon toast it did not look like the advertisement at all. That looks like it’s thrown together and you pay more for the bacon look like they just threw a couple pieces on there smh ??‍♀️

Poor service, no employees were covering the front counter. All wanted to work drive through. Had to use the self order screen. The store was dirty and needed to be picked up. The dounuts seemed old and dry. Had to ask for my dounuts because no one wanted to get them!!! I expect a lot better!! Other Dunkin's have much better service and is cleaner! Also, the manager didn't seem to care ; the drive-through was the only priority!
