Went through the drive thru and ordered a dozen donuts. Asked for specific, repeated twice and they were still 3/4 wrong which I didn’t realize until I got to where I was going. Donuts were also slightly hard, not fresh at 730am.

Places order waited 30 mins asked about our order only to be told that they had equipment breakdown ..when asked for a refund they had to get our order slip out of the trash..they threw it away and never said a word to us...we will never return there..

Went inside and ordered the $6 meal deal. Waited nearly 30 minutes since they were only focusing on drive through orders. Then after waiting way to long they didn't even give me all food ordered. I'm not going back there. If you want a hot sandwich I would actively suggest going through drive.

We are a Dunkin family and we were not impressed. There were only 2 people working, our food was lukewarm, coffee was not made as requested and it took longer than usual. Maybe service would have been better after 7am, but that's not what we needed.

I ordered a hot chocolate and a regular croissant, but instead, I received two croissants with ham in them. I never asked for ham, and this was completely unexpected and disappointing. It feels like they didn’t pay attention to my order at all. I hope the staff can be more careful next time because this kind of mistake can ruin someone’s experience.
