We are a Dunkin family and we were not impressed. There were only 2 people working, our food was lukewarm, coffee was not made as requested and it took longer than usual. Maybe service would have been better after 7am, but that's not what we needed.

I ordered a hot chocolate and a regular croissant, but instead, I received two croissants with ham in them. I never asked for ham, and this was completely unexpected and disappointing. It feels like they didn’t pay attention to my order at all. I hope the staff can be more careful next time because this kind of mistake can ruin someone’s experience.

Order breakfast and donut on the app around 8am and lobby door was locked. I went to the window and rude woman there told me I HAVE TO TALK TO THEM AT THE SPEAKER FIRST but in a rude way. I don’t think she’s a morning person. I think she was the manager or something cause she was moving fast like a tornado in there. It could have been the reason why she was so angry. First time there and last. Food wasn’t good anyways. Not recommended.

Ordered a dozen donuts. The man working got very upset when I wanted to pick out my own donuts. For $15 I should be able to pick what kind of donuts I’m getting.

Hashbrowns were way greasy but at least I could eat them. This is supposed to be a sourdough bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Only one piece of bread...looks like they gave me what was left over cuz I know it's only supposed to have one egg.

Came through the drive through this morning and ordered a large latte. I ordered 2 shots of espresso, not extra, I just asked for 2 shots. They took that as I wanted extra. We were to the next window within 15 seconds of ordering, they couldn’t have made the drink yet. We asked the guy at the window how many shots were in a large already, he replied “3 or 4”. I asked if we could please not do any extra espresso, and just the normal amount. He said they had to go “remake” the drink. When I received the drink, it had the original sticker on it, 2 extra shots. I drank maybe 10 sips and I’m shaking so extremely bad that they couldn’t have remade the drink, and they purposely gave the same one with 5-6 shots without informing me. Hopefully that is not the case, but it had the same sticker so I have to go off of that information. I really hope ya’ll are giving people the drink that they paid for, and not giving people insane amounts of caffeine out of spite. That would be horrible.
