This is the second time I’ve been in since like 3 years ago with the same issue as last time…. Workers will handle money and touch things with their gloves and proceed to grab your donuts with the same gloves. Absolutely disgusting. ? I walked out and will never go back. Clearly a training issue.

The cashier never took the gloves off, not whilr hands were inside coffee cups not while fixing bonnet & mouth/ear piece mot while cleaning both eyes, not while getting donuts for others.Don't be so cheap --- tell your workers to CHANGE THEIR GLOVES

When this location first opened, I was a regular customer. It seemed that over those next few years the service DRAMATICALLY declined....but I am happy to say that it now seems to be EXCELLENT again! I have visited several times over the past month and have been so happy with how quickly the order was ready and how friendly and efficient the staff is. Thank you, Dunkin, for making changes that needed to be made to this location!

Very friendly staff and a very understanding management team. They provided ice cold water for our dog, and also had an extra C charger so I was able to charge my phone.Wheelchair accessibility: The store is very handicapped friendly.

Donuts are okay. My kids really like them. Sandwiches are better. Haven't tried any of the coffee yet. It's the closest shop near Andover so it works.

Went to this Dunkin' yesterday morning around 8:15am. Ordered 4 jelly and 2 chocolate chocolate donuts. Upon reaching the window I am told we only have only 3 jelly left and no chocolate chocolate. IT'S 8:15am!!!!! You have only one job and you can't even do that right! For as much as you charge for a donut you shouldn't be out of anything at that hour of the day! I will never go to this DD again!
Coffee was watered down like they didn't put enough coffee grounds, I asked for them to remake it and they literally told me they would just add stuff to it, what did i want. Not only was that UNSANITARY, the service was trash since the coffee came back exactly the same with less in the cup. They need to be retrained on how to make their drinks, I would rather spend 10 $ at starbucks for the extra effort they put in compared to dunkin.

You would think they would be smart enough or trained well enough not to put a chocolate frosted donut face down in the sack. See, what happens is, the chocolate sticks to the sack and not to the donut. This is not good. It's a simple fix really. All it requires is concern and common sense. Maybe instead of spending thousands on apps and promotions, they could just get the basics right. Is that too much to ask?

This is not only the best Dunkin in Wichita, it has the BEST staff?????? they’re always friendly, the know me by name and are accommodating even when I personally mess something up on my app!!! I wish I remember all there names like they do mine but I know their beautiful faces and smiles ?
