The gal taking my order was super friendly. I ordered a medium iced americano with cream. Needless to say, it’s not a complex order. Well they make it hot which can happen, No problem. They will remake it. Unfortunately, the remake is worse. I would rather have a hot one than a lukewarm one. There was so little ice it melted by the time I drove home which is 3 minutes away. It’s going right into the trash as it’s totally watered down.

I go here more often than I’d like to admit… usually super friendly staff, quick to come out and take orders and get you on your way.. lately, (maybe understaffed) no one out taking orders or only 1 or 2 inside making drinks. I went this morning at 8:30 am. Didn’t get through the line until 9:10. 40 minutes in a drive through line is absolutely unacceptable… Dutch bros, you need to do better. I’m there 4-5 times a week and cannot spare that kind of time for a coffee

Update, used the order ahead system again and it was great! Simple and speedy! Systems have improved and I’m here for it! ———————————— Look I love Dutch Bros probably more than most so it pains me to write this. But my husband is sick so I thought I’d do a pick up order for the first time. I put in my order and it said estimated pick up for 9:28 (10 mins after I put in the order). Great, I can pick up the food then grab my Dutch bros and head home. I got there at 9:32 and gave the barista my name. I didn’t get my coffee until 9:42…. No apology for the wait. I don’t know if he even looked at when my drink was supposed to be ready. It took the same amount of time as if I just walked up and ordered. I think a better system needs to be put in place for the mobile pick up for sure.
