I absolutely love their coffee and even their energy drinks, and I love the fact that you can add protein to anything. What I do not like is not being able to order ahead in the app, especially since the one location on my way to work is always super packed and that’s the one on West St. I also think it’s weird. They have people come ahead to take your order, but they do not start your order until you actually get to the window which causes their lines to be extremely long and the wait to be 15 minutes in line when I’m already pressed for time on my way to work. But again, I do love their coffee.

Very busy, but for a good reason. Their coffee and drinks are great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The manager came out to greet us as this was our first visit. Thank you all for an awesome experience.

If I could give zero stars for service I could. They need to install a speaker because more than 3 cars that arrived 10+ minutes after me were helped because the two workers were only helping one lane. I didn’t even want the coffee by the time I was helped and this happens every time, which is why I never go here. It’s a shame because the coffee is good, but their competitors customer service is so much better.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not go into the right lane in the drive through. For some reason, the baristas will help every dang car in the left lane, even if they pulled up 15 minutes after you, before they will go to the right lane. If that's how you're going to run the drive through, have one dang lane. This happens every time. I don't know if it's a training issue or what. Every time this happens I don't even want my coffee by the time my order is taken.

This was my first time going to Dutch Bros since I had just previously moved to Wichita and the drinks were good, but I would not go back to this location again. After sitting for a few minutes the girl taking orders came out and she immediately had an attitude and when I asked her a question she acted like I was supposed to know the entire menu by heart. After she took my order she went a stood up by the building talking to someone who I am presuming was her friend while there still was a line of cars in both lanes. The girl at the window was very nice though and told us to have a nice day and our drinks were good.

I love the coffee here. Employees are very enthusiastic.
Coffee is pretty good but the wait time is insane. I turned in and didn’t realize how slow it is and got stuck in a long line and couldn’t get out. Even with someone taking orders from cars in line, I’ve been waiting 15 minutes and 3 cars have been served. I don’t understand why you can’t order in the app and there is not a traditional drive through speaker system to make serving customers faster. I won’t come back unless there is no line.
