I asked to have whip cream put on the Cokomo I ordered. They forgot and instead handed me a cup of whip cream. I asked what do you want me to do with this? The girl made a motion like drinking from the cup of whip cream. They said they couldn't take the Cokomo back once they gave it to me. I told them to redo it which they did. But then they mocked me for making a big deal about it and told me to leave. I couldn't believe how they treated me. I've never had a problem like that at this Dutch Brothers.

The manager was so sweet and they made our drinks super fast. She made us feel so cozy like seeing a friend in another state. Plus, it’s cheaper than Starbucks.
Every employee is polite and quick. Even long lines are usually handled quickly. I recommend this location for both service and quality of drinks. Both are great.

Honestly, save yourself the hassle & go to the 7brew at 21st, a little further drive but totally worth it. Their point system & rewards are great too. Better coffee and better customer service.
