Ordered ahead in the app, accidentally clicked walk up window pickup instead of drive thru. Waited 10 mins in drive thru for her to actually tell me I had to pull around and walk up to the pick up window to get my drink. So after waiting 10 mins I then had to get my baby out and carry him all around the building to get my drink. Why couldn’t I of gotten it in the drive thru line? It was literally waiting by the drive thru window not the pick up window. And these people want tips!!? Lmao and it wasn’t even the right drink. I ordered iced and it was blended.

Waited 20 minutes this morning in line before the line moved up 2 cars and I had to leave to get to work on time. The line moved 2 cars in 20 minutes how does that even make senses? And one of the cars had to come back because they messed up the order.

Awesome people work there, always a good attitude and drinks are always yummy ? if you're craving something sweet and caramel based I'd recommend the blended golden eagle it's my favorite or the blended horchata chia. You can even ask for a basic sweet tea. Just ask for a large black tea no flavoring with a full level scoop of sugar/sweetener or a medium with half

Drinks are always good but be prepared to spend 30 minutes in line! This is the slowest drive through EVER. Like I don’t get it. I work west so my favorite one is the one off of West Street and when I say they’re getting you in & out, but this one’s conveniently by my house. Unfortunately, I dread having to come get in the line.
