The food came out cold today! I ordered the sausage loaf special it was room temperature. Hash browns crispy on top cold on the bottom. Sausage gravy warm, biscuit room temperature. Eggs under cooked. Watery whites when ordered over medium.

I have eaten there at breakfast for several years, Now that the owner forces you to pay a 20% gratuity, the service has gone downhill. The waitress at least 3 times I have to chase her down to get my debit card back from her, so I can leave. If I pay with cash, I have to remind her at least twice, I need my change. They have 8 dollars off after 8 visits, the waitress forgot to give my $8.00 off she did that on purpose, and got rude with me when I questioned her on it. The food is still not bad, there was once I told the waitress no hashbrowns, but got them anyway. Most of the waitresses are good, but this one is horrible.
