I visited the west side location this evening and ordered three meals, an order of Crab Rangoon, and a side salad. I specifically requested no mushrooms on one of the meals, but it still came with mushrooms. Unfortunately, the meat (steak, shrimp, and chicken) was tough and lacked flavor, as did the rice. The salad dressing had an overpowering mustard taste that wasn’t very appealing. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and definitely not worth the money spent. We’re unlikely to return.
I paid $10 for old chicken (during the noon hour) and plastic in my fried rice. I guess that's what constitutes a deal now a days.

Food is usually fairly good at this location. On the last visit HVAC was dripping in multiple spots. The inside could definitely use some fixing up and cleaning. There's a large storage shelf at the back, but it's right by some of the seating area for diners. Inside in general just seems a little trashy.

It had been a couple years since I’ve been to Emperors. I had tried the ridge location a few weeks prior and my food was not what I had in the past. Tried this location today and it was awful. What’s pictured is “hibachi” but I’ve always known it as chunks of meat. It really wasn’t any good. The meat was in a watery sauce and in many bites I had significantly cold food. The rice didn’t taste at all as it should. Won’t be returning. The only thing good was the crab Rangoon and even then they seemed like they had been sitting a bit.
