I visited the west side location this evening and ordered three meals, an order of Crab Rangoon, and a side salad. I specifically requested no mushrooms on one of the meals, but it still came with mushrooms. Unfortunately, the meat (steak, shrimp, and chicken) was tough and lacked flavor, as did the rice. The salad dressing had an overpowering mustard taste that wasn’t very appealing. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and definitely not worth the money spent. We’re unlikely to return.

Came in for lunch 10-10-2024 and I am so upset by what I was served! Like what is this mess supposed to be? This is horrible! Scorched seasoning and undercooked hard rice seriously I will not be back. I need a refund! Would not recommend at all!

Service was Okay but the kitchen appeared gross. The food was unappealing smelled awful and tasted just the same. I got the teriyaki chicken and I will just say that was 100% not any sort of teriyaki sauce that was on the chicken and the chicken tasted quite old the majority of the food ended up scrapes for the pups

Very disrespectful on the phone when I placed an order. I have been ordering at this place for over 3+ years and I’m a known customer.. and I have a food allergy. Asked me multiple times and seemed concerned when i said i did. Very unprofessional. She was concerned and didn’t seem like she wanted to work and accommodate my food allergy. This isn’t the first time this has happened. This also happened at the other location out west. For great customer service you want to accommodate for your customers for a great experience. This definitely was not it, and will absolutely not come anymore for the disrespect I get on the phone and their service.

Nothing is really wrong here, but nothing is really right with it either. The food is fresh and hot, but always seems to taste burnt. I been a few times, but prefer other places farther away. Prices are reasonable.

Seems like the quality has really went down just spent almost 70$ on sweet and sour chicken all of the chicken had to be fried twice or left out but either way all the chicken was hard and chewy beef and broccoli taste like its soaked in salt pretty sure GREATWALL it is for next time i want Asian food ??? the worst i have ever had at emperors off 21st and ridge and the mini ball machine took the quarters and didn't kick out a ball ?

On 'hold' (phone set on countertop) forever before placing order, order lost when we got there, no acknowledgement of mistake or apologies. Guess they don't need the business so they won't get it any more. How hard is fast food to get right?

Wasted $50 getting food here for my family. Nobody ate their meal after the first taste. Some said it tasted rotten other said it tasted like old squid. Got the chicken fried rice and the hibachi chicken x2 and beef and broccoli. Very very disappointed. Used to go here often and it definitely has gone downhill. All food was trashed and a waste. Feel ripped off. Will not be going back.

Absolutely disgusting.The staff was rude, the chicken I ate didn’t taste cooked, there was egg in my rice when I asked for none. The chicken my kids got was burnt.What a disappointment.

Terrible experience. We have been eating here for years, but since they switched to online only ordering, the quality and service have diminished. Barely any meat with entrees and fillers add to the rice. Not to mention that quote times frequently go 20+ minutes over. We will not be going back anytime soon.
