On 'hold' (phone set on countertop) forever before placing order, order lost when we got there, no acknowledgement of mistake or apologies. Guess they don't need the business so they won't get it any more. How hard is fast food to get right?

Wasted $50 getting food here for my family. Nobody ate their meal after the first taste. Some said it tasted rotten other said it tasted like old squid. Got the chicken fried rice and the hibachi chicken x2 and beef and broccoli. Very very disappointed. Used to go here often and it definitely has gone downhill. All food was trashed and a waste. Feel ripped off. Will not be going back.

Absolutely disgusting.The staff was rude, the chicken I ate didn’t taste cooked, there was egg in my rice when I asked for none. The chicken my kids got was burnt.What a disappointment.

Terrible experience. We have been eating here for years, but since they switched to online only ordering, the quality and service have diminished. Barely any meat with entrees and fillers add to the rice. Not to mention that quote times frequently go 20+ minutes over. We will not be going back anytime soon.

Got the chicken fried rice and that's all that was in there. There were no carrots, peas, or eggs in it and it was $10.00! Used to be a great place to go now i won't go back.

Crab Rangoons, crab Rangoons, crab Rangoons. If you want the best crab Rangoons ever, this is the place!!!!! I loved the food here. We had the chefs special and the sweet n sour chicken. Everything was just great and for me the value was on target. Especially the homemade sauces! Seriously, you can taste the love IMO. My family will definitely be back. After a 6hr drive from Dallas, we have our go to place.
The menu is limited. The kids' menu is lo mein OR chicken for $5.99. The main menu is basically rice or noodles. With some sort of protein.I purchased 3 kids' meals. 1 order or fried rice ($8) 1 order shrimp fried rice ($11) & and order of crab Rangoons. The food was just *okay. Nothing special, and nothing I would ever go out of my way to order/pick up. We spent around $40, and honestly we would've been better off to go somewhere else. Friendly/fast service. Better places to eat...

I got the combo lo mein and it is so good! Really big portions lots of meat and the taste is great too.. kinda greasy but the flavor is so good I don't even care. The two younger kids a girl and guy at the register did a good job too. The inside looks kinda sketch though, lolEDIT: Went back and got the combo fried rice OMG best rice in wichita!

Nothing to exciting. Order at the counter The food is delivered to your table. Had Mongolian beef and fried rice. Nothing outstanding about it. Basic ambiance and that's stretching the term. Really wouldn't recommend There are better places to get "Chinese" food . Service is basic just delivery of food to the table. I will not return Its meh!

The food is good, but don't count on the drinks. We ordered fountain drinks, discovered their dispenser wasn't carbonating anything, and let them know. They weren't actually interested in fixing it and didn't offer to refund the cost of the drinks.It was a choice of flat soda or unsweetened tea, neither of which I would willingly pay for had I known.
