I usually order hibachi chicken. It has zucchini, mushrooms and chicken. There fried rice has a light garlicky taste which goes well. I really like the crab Rangoons because they are sweet and always good. Very fast, and love to have a lighter option quickly. Plus the price is inexpensive for what you get.
The prices are comparable. The serving sizes are good. I was delighted to see that they used real plates and silverware. The only issue I had was with the person who took my order. He acted like I was interrupting him.
Amazing. Chef brought my order out and suggested ginger sauce to go with it. Appreciated the suggestion as I would have never tried it otherwise. Great value! Delicious food!
5/5. Service is very good! Called in order, very quick and delicious! Enjoyed it very much! Cashier was very friendly!
The food tasted amazing, I saw that the worker that was cooking my food worked hard so it taste even better to see them trying their best. The price of the food and the amount of food I get it is worth it. It made me come back to Emperor again
Not one to usually write reviews but this place deserved a bad one.Right off the bat I had to wait awkwardly for five minutes eyeing the cook in a completely dead restaurant before he finally went to go get the girl to take my order. The girl taking my order came to the front only after being yelled at by the cook to come out from the back and had her face practically glued to the screen of her phone as she walked up to the front. As she approached the counter, the only thing that broke her gaze with that thing was me saying, "Excuse me? I had a to-go order".As if the service wasn't bad enough initially, the sweet and sour chicken seemed like they had stuff just sitting in the warmer forever and re-fried it when I made my order. The outer shell was hard as a rock. I felt like I almost chipped a tooth taking a bite. The chicken was basically just jerky, really really overcooked and dry. The fried rice was what I believe to be undercooked and all the grains were really hard and gritty.TL;DR - bad food, bad service. Just go to the one on the west side, it's great and why I thought this one might be equally good.
Not a fan. The food was bland and had no appeal. I was the only one in there that day, which was between 1 and 2 pm. The whole experience was just very blase. I definitely won't be back here again. The lady working behind the counter obviously didn't give a rip about the guests. She was nice enough but just very aloof. They need to step up the game or won't be around to play with this lackluster. Sorry Emperors to give you thumbs down.
We're there about 40 minutes waiting for our food. The workers did not know what the menu items were after they were made. They kept opening and closing the containers. After waiting our order was wrong. Had to go back inside and had them remake our food. I was standing there and they asked me what I had ordered. I had to tell them that I was waiting for an order that they were supposed to be remaking. The bathrooms were not clean, there was no soap or towels in the men's bathroom. The tables some of them were dirty the floor had food all over them. The lady that walked in with me had a call in they messed her order up she had to wait. Then when she finally got her order it was wrong and they had to fix it. The help did not know the difference between teriyaki chicken and hibachi chicken.
There's is a general lack of cleaning throughout the dining area, hate to see the kitchen. Feet stick to the floors, tables unattended. Disappointing considering food has been good in the past. Must be new owners...
Good is great, but the friendliness of the staff could use some work. Their fried rice is my favourite & something about their mustard is absolutely addictive.

First time I thought it was good but I tried it 2 more times the rice was greasy and the shrimp tasted over cooked like it was prepared separate from the rice.
You may as well say this place closes at 8pm instead of 9. This isn't a sit down get waited on type place. You go to the counter, order your food and go get then sit back down. I've waited tables for a decade. I get the jerks that come in 5mins before close. I came 50 minutes prior to closing. Waited 30 mins on food and then was told we close in 10 minutes when I asked for an extra plate with our food. Very obviously trying to give me the boot and tell me I can't eat my food there at 842. We ate our food quickly and threw away our trash. Also meanwhile the entire time I was there saw the girl at the front desk ignore every call in. We left with 10 mins to spare. However the food was delicious but close at 8 then!
Hands down my favorite restaurant to go to, food is always good and it's really affordable for the portion sizes.
Wish they wouldn’t answer phone jusyt to hang up. I’d like to do carry out orders but guess they don’t like to lol
I've ordered the teriyaki beef three times now and there is zero teriyaki sauce to be had. I don't understand how you manage to miss that detail??
