This is an outstanding restaurant with great food, service and reasonable prices. We liked it so much, we ate here twice in our 3 day trip to Wichita. We had salmon, sirlonibe, grouper tacos and beef medallions. All were excellent. We had calamari one night for an appetizer and platantres the other night. Calamari was excellent and platantres were clever, but just ok. Sangria was excellent. We had churros for dessert one night and they were very good. Both waitresses were excellent.

My wife and I travel extensively and often find ourselves in cities we are visiting or just passing through. We often look for the #1 rated restaurant on TripAdvisor to try it out. In Wichita, that is Sabor. Often when we try the #1 I’ll have a feeling something like - that was good but I don’t really see it as the best restaurant in town. That was not the case with Sabor. It’s a #1 worthy of that rating. Our server was great and made some great suggestions. We ordered the queso and corn appetizer and she suggested we get the special habanero sauce on the side. We did and ended up putting about half of it in the dish and it was great. Made it just the right spicy. Delicious. Next came black bean soup. She asked about sour cream and we said sure. When it was served she immediately noticed there was no sour cream and brought some right away. It was the perfect addition to a delicious soup. For a main we had papusas with pork and they were very tasty. I was full after I had eaten half but couldn’t stop. Had to eat the whole thing. It was served with a Latin coleslaw and a chilled bean mousse and a fried banana slice. If there was one thing we didn’t really care for it was the cold bean mousse. But hey, we were so full we couldn’t eat much of it anyway. All in all it is a highly recommended place. We’re only here a couple of days but might have to try it again.

Went to Sabor last night for my husbands birthday. I have nothing bad to say about our experience. Delicious food, excellent service and probably the best margarita I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Sabor Latin Bar and Grille!

Not the greatest food or drinks. Had honey glazed shrimp, husband had sirloin. Had strawberry drink and it was bland, seemed to be non-alcoholic even though it said gin, tequila, and another alcohol was in it. Service was not great but people were friendly and kind. Mashed potatoes were good, green beans were good. If you have never eaten anywhere else in the world you might say this was great but it was mediocre at best. We will not go there again. Disappointed at all the "great" reviews on trip advisor bc it was not great.

If I am only in Wichita for one night, I might as well go to the number 1 restaurant, and it did not disappoint. I started with a Mojito and queso followed by the Churrasco Steak all recommended by my waitress and they were great. Additionally, I greatly enjoyed their outdoor courtyard on a nice spring night. There were a few wind gust, but it was great to see the park as the lights came on. This was one of the best meals I had on my trip, and I highly recommend a visit.
Craving pupusas so stopped on my way to hotel. Did not disappoint. Loved the coleslaw and mango chutney. Plenty of food for a 2nd meal. Planning to go again while at the conference to try another dish.

I struggle finding restaurants that serve quality gluten free food. This place was amazing. So many choices. Friends joining me loved their non gluten free food as well. Friendly waiter and manager stopped to see how we liked our food. Wish this place was in my state.
