Had a great experience! Ordered the Sr. Meals. They were the right portion amounts, with nice choices. Eric took our order and was super friendly!! In the dining room Shawn was cleaning tables, and was keeping up with the lunch rush. He made sure we had a clean table, which I really appreciated! Our food was FRESH, HOT, and DELICIOUS. Gosh, we always loved driving out to eat at Fazoli's but not anymore... The bread sticks were cold and probably old - not buttery warm fresh tasting sadly.
The lasagna was small and almost looked shriveled up - when I brought it to the manager's attention, he fired off a new one but wasn't the quality we've always enjoyed - so very disappointing

I woke up from a coma a couple days ago. Olivia's service reminded me of my past. She's was so funny and respectful. I miss my late wife but Olivia helped me over come that. She also saved my cat from a tree. She's my hero, will be coming soon!!
