I've been going to Felipe's with my grandparents for as long as I can remember. The entryway fountain, the colorful artwork, the fresh cookies, the music that makes you want to dance and food that makes you want to sing - all bring me right back to a happy, simple time.

On our most recent visit, we were fortunate to have Jimmy as our server. Jimmy represented everything that customer service is about. He anticipated our needs quicker than even we did, he was polite, mindful, and fast. We haven't always had such exceptional service on our visits, but servers like Jimmy truly make up the heart of the restaurant.

I absolutely love the food and have been coming for years but I never experienced such amazing service as I did today. JIMMY! Jimmy, is absolutely amazing and because of his amazing service, personally and punctuality - We want to come more often . Five stars for JIMMY! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visiting Wichita and ate at the West Central Felipe's. My wife and I have been eating the "Felipe Special" for over 50 years. The food is just as tasty as it was the first time I ate there in 1970. What a tribute to the restaurant for being in business seven decades! The interior decor and music is authentic. The Felipe Special with pork is outstanding. Top it off with a cold cerveza and you are set. The food server was polite, friendly and efficient. Overall, a wonderful experience.

At 1st it was some what a busy sat. They had a lot of customers in the building. We order our food it took about 20 min to receive it at the table. My significant other got his plate first and then my plate my food was cold and about 10 min later my kids got their plate. While eating my significant other went to take a bite of his beans and pulled out a long black hair. He then went to take a bite of his rice and lo and behold another long piece of black hair. I contacted the waitress to let her know and she went from nice to very not so nice. She took his plate but I insisted her to take the hairs to show her manager which never came out of the back. When the waitress came back to the front she tossed the check on the table and said you can pay up there. My manager adjusted your ticket for his food. Not a sorry not a can I do something else for you. Then she walked away. Also the pop tasted like there was chemicals in it.
