Felipe's Mexican Restaurant

For the price of the food to the quality this place is a joke. We ordered their signature chilli verde, and it was bad. It tasted like watery tomato paste and it was lacking the depth of flavor and spice you'd want from a chilli verde. We tried some of their other items as well. Their chincharron is incredibly oily, their flautus tasted bland. The burritos and deep fried burritos were surprisingly bland and gross. Each item costed a ton, with the average price of a meal being $20. You could spend that same money on basic ingredients and produce higher quality and tasting food on your own.

Service was incredibly slow as well and inattentive. The restaurant wasn't packed, but we barely saw our waiter. Overall very unsatisfied with the experience, would not return.

We loved this place. The drinks were amazing and I ordered the quesabirria torta. I love Mexican food but let me tell you, this is my new favorite dish! Service was great as well.

The flavor profile is good for about 3 bites and then it gets very old very fast. Meals are higher priced than an average mexican restaurant, but amounts of food are also significantly more. I had the creamy enchiladas, so maybe a different dish would have been better. Even leftovers were the same- good for a few bites and then doesn't taste good anymore.

Don’t even try to do a ticket order from this place. I’ve eaten there in person multiple times and it’s fantastic food. When you called to do a to go order you can call one or five different times and they will answer the phone and hang up on you. When you show up in person they tell you it’s a 1+ hour wait for you to go order. They just need to be honest and say they don’t do to go order food. If you want delicious Felipe’s food and pick it up to go, I strongly suggest the restaurant at Harry and Webb

The food was delicious.
Our waiter, Julian, he was totally amazing. If anybody needs a good waiter, it is definitely Julian. You definitely get big portions of food and the food is hot and warm. The Atmosphere is Amazing 👏

The food was amazing. Our server was beyond sweet. Our service was lacking though. We had two drink mistakes by our hostess and server and a missing food item. This is not normal though, so maybe distracted 🤷‍♂️.

Very nice!

This is my fav mexican food place, not going to lie a little pricey but it's SOOOOO worth the price portions are so big for the cost! For dessert I recommend the flan is the BEST I've tried so far it's soooooo good you won't regret it.

The margaritas are amazing and the food is excellent. I had the barracks tacos. They were soooo good. They were mich bigger than I expected. The meat had amazing flavor!

Best chips and salsa in town! Service was amazing! 👏 plating on point would definitely recommend!
