Waited 40 mins after order stated it was complete. They were busy but need a better solution for busy times. Overcrowded

I got the Strawberry Overload and it was perfect for the summer.

Saw this cute place while running errands and had to give it a try. They did not disappoint! The boba was the perfect texture of chewy and they have SO many options of drinks. Definitely recommend.

Got ripped off on DoorDash. Also packaged not very good resulting in me losing all the food items. Reached out through messenger but they clearly weren’t bothered

I love Feng Cha! They're one of the two best boba places in town, especially if you care about consistency. Every other boba shop in town has struggled with consistency: you go once and it's excellent, but the next time it's horrid. Feng Cha does not have that problem. I've been dozens of times at both Wichita Feng Cha locations, and they have delivered every single time! Their flavors are also on point, especially their taro milk tea, and their boba is always just the right texture. I also love how easy it is to customize your drink here, and they have a wider range of sweetness levels than some places in town. The only place in town that matches Feng Cha for consistency and flavor is tTbaar. Highly recommend Feng Cha!

“Serve Tea with respect” yeah right .. i don’t leave reviews usually but wow I went in today with my mom to the location on East Kellogg. The cashier who ring us up had a huge attitude and poor customer service. First I don’t mind her wearing a mask but she was talking so fast and my mom asked her if she could repeat it and she did a face. When it was my turn to order I ordered a matcha milk tea cause I thought they had that my mistake but the way the cashier looked at me and made a face and said “ we don’t have that” with an attitude so I gave her the same energy back and told her ok what kind do you have? Nothing just stares at me so I told her a matcha latte then, and then I seen the matcha breeze so I told her I’ll have that instead and if can add strawberry’s and she looks at me again with the same face and says “What kind of strawberry’s !?” And raised her voice and she goes like strawberry purée? and I just went with it and said yes and told her everything regular fine. How disappointing.

I was in the store with my Granddaughter and a young guy working behind the register was using the worst language ever. He was talking to a couple of young girls that came in dropping the F bomb. I don't suggest that people take their kids in there with that language.
