I ordered a drink from the register on the counter and paid for it. When I went to get my drink, I was asked my order number. I told the girl working, and then she asked me to show her the text to prove it. She didn’t ask the customer behind me to prove it when she was taking several drinks. I was told it was because she was a regular. If you can’t treat everyone the same then you don’t deserve my business. I don’t like giving my money to places that discriminate.

Feng Cha is our favorite boba spot in town (and they have a lot of competition). Consistently have both good tea and boba which is hard to do. Both their locations are great, and very glad for this one on Greenwich as it is much closer to us.

Glad there's another location here in Wichita. The drinks are amazing with great quality every time I come here. The staff are very nice while the place is super clean with nice unique decor.Parking: There is plenty of spacious parking.
I've been to Feng Cha in several different states and Wichita is capable of keeping up with them! Many of the drinks are delicious, but as a non-caffeine drinker, I love that they also utilize carbonated water as an option!One of the things that stands out for them is that they also have these sponge cakes coated in toppings and cream that's just delicious!@phidingthefam
Drinks were great! One thing I didn't like was the self order screen asked for a 20% tip and we didn't even interact with a person.

A bunch of young idiots work here. The stupid kiosk system for ordering drinks is confusing and can lead to ordering mistakes. If this happens the kids working there have no clue on how to fix the problems: it was suggested that "I guess you could order again to get what you want". So the fix for an ordering mistake is to spend more money to actually get the drink you wanted.Stick to using the app to order (though that has its own problems) and hopefully you don't have an issue with what they made or go to one of the other million boba places in Wichita now.

The teas is amazing, never got to try the deserts becuase of my allergy. Ive bought them for other people and they absolutely loved them. My favorite drink is the strawberry overload with strawberry popping boba. I personally don't like crystal boba, but i think others may enjoy it.Dietary restrictions: They provide substitutes for milk, i had a milk allergy which is what i have substitute for. But also good for lactose intolerant. They provided me with one option which was oatmilk i don't know if they have more. But cost one extra dollor to substitute.
