FENG CHA Wichita Boba tea

This place is an absolute gem! Every single thing I tried was delicious, but the cakes truly stand out—they’re absolutely amazing. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re a dessert lover. I had the strawberry overload with kiwi, and it was something I simply couldn’t resist. A perfect burst of fresh, vibrant flavor in every bite!

Ordered 2 drinks, one being the Dirty Taro. When I got them it had a tag of some kind in the drink itself. It was also sealed poorly and leaked all over the bag.

I really wanted to like this place, but the experience left me disappointed. I waited over 20 minutes for my sugarcane drinks , and even though I specifically asked for light ice, my cup was still packed with it. The person taking orders was incredibly kind and helpful—definitely a bright spot in the visit.

Unfortunately, the person handling the sugarcane juice was the complete opposite. She spent most of the time scrolling on her phone, worked much slower than the other baristas, and gave off a vibe like she didn’t care to be there. I asked to speak with a manager about it, hoping the feedback would help improve things, but was shocked to find out she was actually the lead manager on shift. Unbelievable!

I’m disappointed to leave this review, but each visit to this boba shop has been consistently upsetting due to the staff’s behavior. On multiple occasions, I’ve felt unwelcome and dismissed when placing my order, with no greetings or basic courtesies like a thank you. Despite giving this business several chances, the lack of respect and poor customer service have been consistent. I hope improvements can be made, but I won’t be returning.

Bad waiter. I hear someone else call my name in cashier for my order. I come there and ask him. He told me wait, wait, wait but I told him my order call out. He is the lazy men even if he didn't ask his co-worker.

Very tasty drinks. Has good ice creams too. I enjoy the environment. It is very cozy and upbeat.

Terrible service. Ordered online and it said it was done, so I came by the store to pickup. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order. When asking the ladies at the front desk about my order, the First Lady just stared at me and walked away. The Second Lady I asked, told me that I just need to wait and it’ll be done when it’s done. Incredibly rude workers. Avoid here, I guarantee there’s better boba places.

If you’re looking for the viral ice creams mango,lemon, peach they have them and the boba fruit juices are delicious

Got ripped off on DoorDash. Also packaged not very good resulting in me losing all the food items. Reached out through messenger but they clearly weren’t bothered

I really enjoyed the Ginger Milk Tea. It had the perfect amount of ginger in it for me.
