What a hidden gem!! We tried FioRito for the first time at lunch today and it was remarkable. I got the pork belly Pastrami with a side salad and the wife got the chicken park bowl. Everything was a ten out of ten. They make their own bread and pasta and their sourdough appetizer is the way to go. The couple next to us got the poutine appetizer and it looked good as well. Love the decor and the green color pallet. Our server, Audrey? Was very attentive. Can’t wait to go back for a dinner.

This is simply the best restaurant in Wichita. Everything is so well orchestrated. The food is AMAZING. The staff is even more AMAZING. We just ate there for our son’s birthday and they went above and beyond by giving him the best tiramisu we’ve ever eaten plus a scrumptious macaron for us, his parents . I can’t not recommend this place enough. This is a must for me. A BIG thank you to the amazing staff!

Do NOT trust the reservation system with this restaurant. We had reservations for 2, confirmed by the hostess on our phone, but they had no record of such and would not seat us. We won't be back!

Service and food is 5 star all the way! Excellent dining experience! It is rare to have such a perfect, high quality dining experience. Real Chef! Real Food creations! Real professional service! If you're in the area it is a top food destination. Homemade pasta, masterful dishes, and amazing flavors. Everything is made from scratch, desserts included! Homemade ice cream, even down to the marshmallows! Excellent!!

??????Dietary restrictions: They have helped me to order with a dairy allergy several times. I trust the staff and the food is incredible.

My husband and I love finding new brunch spots in the ICT area and you will absolutely miss out if you don’t try Fio Rito! Great service, and the food is excellent. I had the maple bacon brunch pasta and it was absolutely delicious. My husband loved his “basic breakfast” and couldn’t get enough of the bread and butter it came with. Definitely check this place out for great food and an inviting atmosphere!

Updating per request:We had two appetizers, two entrees, two cocktails, wine, and dessert. The differences in quality/taste between my entree and cocktail and my husband's were wild! I had the mushroom & cheddar ravioli which was 10/10 amazing. My cocktail was seasonal (had pear puree, prosecco, I can't remember what else) and it was dynamite. Unfortunately, my husband's entree (shrimp puttanesca) was quite bad. The shrimp was cooked nicely and had good flavor, but the pasta sauce was so spicy that it completely overwhelmed the dish. There was no nuance whatsoever - it was like a punch to the face with red pepper. (My husband loves spicy foods so if he thought it was too spicy, it really was.) Puttanesca is a decently easy dish to make at home. It's simple but bright and delicious with just a bit of spice from red pepper - so we were surprised by the very heavy, extremely spicy tomato sauce that was unlike any puttanesca we've ever had or made. The cocktail my husband ordered was also abysmal. It was seasonal (snowman or something like that? I can't remember) and tasted like cheap vanilla vodka with something curdled in it. Finally, re: appetizers, the garlic bread was 2/5 and the meatballs were 5+/5. Bottom line, I rated FioRito 3/5 for food because if we had *only* had my meal, we would've been absolutely blown away, and if we had *only* had my husband's meal, we would never go back. Such a strange split in our experiences.

I loved the dessert made for Valentines Day! A meringue dessert with a delicious rose water flavored cream, topped off with a fresh raspberry! A very nice restaurant for an evening out, the food was excellent and ample portion sizes!!
