First time ordering from here tonight. Major disappointment 😞. My almost $10 side of fries, came with maybe 20 fries.... ridiculous. I had the prime rib, which was okay. Very stringy so I ate 1/4 of it. I couldn't even eat the carrots because they were so spicy. I also got the steak and portobello pasta, and I just want to throw it out. Haven't even tried it.

I had the Sunday brunch with my family for my birthday. Our server was awesome, very helpful and attentive. I love that the meals are online so you can get an idea what you might spend. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious! So were the drinks! Definitely coming back!

Jessica did a great job taking care of us. The food was great but the steak did have to go back for a little more cooking.

Our dining experiences at this Firebirds have always been great. From the service to the food, we have enjoyed each visit. The steaks are cooked to our liking each time.

The food was good, the service was fast, and the drinks were enjoyable. We had steaks with mushrooms and onion toppings, an Absolut Martini, and red wine. We can go again next time we're in Kansas.

We had a wonderful experience at Firebirds. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious, from the perfectly cooked steaks to the flavorful sides. What truly made the evening exceptional was our server, Xavier. He was attentive, kind, and offered recommendations on the menu. Xavier went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his friendly personality made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We left feeling well cared for and cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend both Firebirds and Xavier.

This is a group of women who meet monthly in different local restaurants. By far, Firebirds has been the best location in a long time! We could visit without competing with high volume music or background noise. And the food...well, it was outstanding! That creme brûlée cheesecake was the best!!!!

We went to Firebirds for our 10 Year Anniversary and had never been before. We were seated quickly and had Jessica as our server. Jessica was very prompt getting to us and was just overall an amazing server. The food from the Deviled Egg appetizer to the Filet with Shrimp was outstanding. We both said this will become our new go to for a great steak and service.

Nice quiet dinner. While more expensive than other places in town, the food was fresh, staff were friendly, and there were no kids running around.

Wife ordered chicken, it was under cooked, I ordered the KC strip, it tasted, and chewed like it had grissel throughout. The balsamic tomatoes were way over powering, just not very good food. The waiter on the other hand was fantastic

Expectations were met with special request made the day previously. Food and service were excellent. Will be coming back!

Excellent steaks properly cooked and delicious side. It came quickly and hot. The service was friendly and informative. We also got a bargain on the price of the dinner.

We usually enjoy great service and excellent food here, and I never mind spending a bit more for a quality dinner for two. However, our visit on Saturday was disappointing and didn't justify the cost. After being seated, we barely saw our waitress—only about every 20 to 30 minutes. From the time we placed our food order to when it arrived, it took roughly an hour. Then, it took another 30 minutes to receive our desserts. To make matters worse, only one of the desserts was correct; the other was wrong. Until Firebirds resolves its kitchen and service issues, I suggest exploring other dining options. I'll definitely be choosing different locations for our future date nights.
