Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Expectations were met with special request made the day previously. Food and service were excellent. Will be coming back!

Excellent steaks properly cooked and delicious side. It came quickly and hot. The service was friendly and informative. We also got a bargain on the price of the dinner.

We usually enjoy great service and excellent food here, and I never mind spending a bit more for a quality dinner for two. However, our visit on Saturday was disappointing and didn't justify the cost. After being seated, we barely saw our waitress—only about every 20 to 30 minutes. From the time we placed our food order to when it arrived, it took roughly an hour. Then, it took another 30 minutes to receive our desserts. To make matters worse, only one of the desserts was correct; the other was wrong. Until Firebirds resolves its kitchen and service issues, I suggest exploring other dining options. I'll definitely be choosing different locations for our future date nights.

Charles was our waiter. Outstanding service! Food was fantastic! Took home a dessert and Charles boxed up our leftovers. Cheesecake was good.

Our waitress was wonderful. However, the food coming out of the kitchen was very slow. This is the 2nd time we've experienced that. The restaurant was not packed so not sure what caused it taking so long to get our orders.

Celebrated my birthday dinner and had a great time with friends and family. Our server disappeared multiple times when we were ready for checks and dessert. Asked other servers and a manager and he still didn't come around. Keep in mind the restaurant is pretty empty. Very strange, but the food was really good.

Our food and service was good. We went for Father's Day. My husband had the prime rib and ate all of it. He will usually take some home. My daughter who generally only eats chicken tenders had a cheeseburger and fries and ate all of it and she said she was surprised at how good it was. My other daughter had the hot honey chicken and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Overall it was a very nice lunch. And we will go back.

The god and service was wonderful! Where we were placed to sit was not very pleasant. We were seated by the kitchen and where they prepared to go orders.

We wanted a comfortable, quiet place with really good food after a long travel day. Service was great and the food was especially good.

We were sat immediately which was great. However, we waited for 35 minutes before my husband finally went and told hostess a waiter never came to our table. Only one person at table had their water refilled. Waiter was very inattentive. Seemed very disorganized. We were there celebrating college graduations, military commissions, and birthdays. And we felt embarrassed the service was so bad. Kinda put a damper in the night. When our daughter was in restroom she witnessed one of the employees run their hands under the water and then wipe their hands down the front of their shirt. Overall, it was an uncharacteristic bad experience. The manager did take care of our meal.

A great place to catch up with old friends. Easy to converse, attentive service, very good food and beverages. Upscale but still good value. Waiter Curtis provided excellent service. We'll be back.

Food was amazing as always however we did have a few hiccups with our service. But they provided us with a free dessert for our inconvenience and we really appreciated that. The staff was friendly, polite, made wonderful food suggestions and always had a smile on their faces. Thank you for spoiling the mothers with a VIP gift card. We enjoyed our Mother's Day dinner!

Our server, Chris, provided friendly and outstanding service. The menu is varied, prices are reasonable for the quality of food and service. Keep up the good work!!
