I'm not from around the area and wanted to try a sub and see how different they are from home. Upon arriving the premises, a very king young man was cleaning up a table and greeted me. I later found out his name was Paul. He then proceeded to take my order and gave me plenty of recommendations and options. I settled on the Cuban, and it was a good recommendation. Would totally go again!

First time here and it will be the last. Three teenagers going shower than humanity possible with two of them wearing their earbuds. Typical poor service. It's sad that you can go to a shutdown restaurant and get your food faster on a break than a sandwich shop. If firefighters responded like this we would all burn down. Poor show.

It's okay, for the price I would prefer going I Subway over Firehouse. Only stopped by as I had never eaten at firehouse. Had a free medium sub offer due to my birthday and signing up for there rewards account/program. However a few days after my birthday I got an email where they are now requiring a purchase within 6 months of your birthday to have been made to get the free sub offer on your birthday. That change is not a deal breaker per say but is disappointing as the deal was the only reason I stopped by to try.All in all just go to Subway the price will probably be cheaper there and Subway taste better.

Normally this place is a solid choice! Today not so much. Sandwich was so tough I could eat it and Mac & Cheese watery and tasteless. So frustrating when you pay $18 for sub par food!

Shorted my food by an entire sandwich. Waited there for over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us.
Went in for a free birthday sub. came home and there was barely a layer of meat/filling in it. Very skimpy. Employees also don't change their gloves when ringing up customers, touching the table and finally making your sub. I'm sad I didn't say anything- I won't be back.

Lives up to its name....FIRE!!!!! Jamaican Jerk Turkey & Smokehouse brisket are the two I have tried and they are soooooo yummy! Especially the turkey....must try!!!!

I came into the store. I ordered a large meatball sub with my earned points. I scanned my app. Then I was informed that their toaster wasn’t working. Granted, I didn’t see the sign. That part is my fault. The manager was extremely unhelpful. I could get a lukewarm meatball sub or she finally offered me a card for a free sub so we could go to a different location. Got to the other store only to find out that it was a card for a medium. Thankfully the other store ended up helping us out because even when I called the this place the manager just offered to write my name down… after driving across town.
