The smell is enough to turn me away, after my meal I went into the bathroom and almost threw up, this needs fixed IMMEDIATELY😡😡, otherwise food was yummy and good service, extra props to Dustin was extremely friendly

This place has the best subs out of any chain in Wichita. Great staff and clean store! I'm so happy the hot sauce bar is back! I'm excited for it to get closer to what it used to be before covid lol. But this is one of my favorite lunch places

I rarely get to put a shining review on a restaurant, but I get to today. I'm a homebound veteran, and was walking from w Kellogg Walmart home. I passed by here, and I was exhausted. I let them know that I was a homebound vet, and they allowed me to sit and even gave me a drink. I'm so proud of the service I received here. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Let me start by saying that Firehouse off of Ridge Rd is one of my FAVORITES and I normally have zero issues. But tonight they definitely dropped the ball. I placed an online order for pickup at 6:25. My wife went to go pick it up. When she got there at the designated time, the young lady at the register informed her there was no order showing in the system. So my wife stepped out to call me, where I then sent her pictures of the order receipt and confirmation. When my wife returned back in the store, the same young lady at the register seemed to have an attitude like my wife was making this whole thing up. She then called over who I'm guessing was the store lead who told her to write our order down and they would go ahead and make it. Awesome! My wife then sat in the store until almost 7:15 waiting (not super busy either). When my wife got home, we realized that almost half of our order was not correct. To say all of this, I'm not upset about 90% of it. Technology has issues, things happen, orders are made wrong occasionally. But the attitude is what did us in. My wife patiently waited for almost an hour with no complaints, yet from the start there was a negative attitude and at the end not so much as a "sorry for the wait" was offered. I've never had this issue before, polar opposite to be exact.

We had placed an online order that was supposed to be ready for pickup by 6:50. When we arrived, the staff members were more interested in flirting with each other than fulfilling orders. We didn't end up leaving until 7:20, making us late back to work. 6/12/24 food is phenomenal but piss poor customer service.

This was my first time trying Firehouse subs, I ordered the Italia sub and it was excellent. Would definitely recommend to others. Cleanliness seemed to need improvement but, plan to return to try other subs.

We just got a couple sandwiches and chips to go. I ordered the new bbq cuban with no mayo. When we got home, it looked a little underwhelming. They forgot the ham and melted swiss cheese. ?

Food was absolutely terrible. Ordered a small chicken parmesan sub. The meatballs were cold. Couldn't eat it because it was so disgusting. Should of just made the drive to Jersey Mikes or went to Panera.
