Food was absolutely terrible. Ordered a small chicken parmesan sub. The meatballs were cold. Couldn't eat it because it was so disgusting. Should of just made the drive to Jersey Mikes or went to Panera.

This isn't going to be your average review. So take a second, grab your sub and your drink and have a cigarette ready if it fits.I walked in to this location and was extremely hungry. I had a few friends at my house and a plumber (unfortunately) and was going to buy lunch for everyone. The workers there said hello with a smile and made me feel very welcomed. I could see they were moderately busy and I kind of felt bad for the big order I was about to spring on them.I needed 4 medium subs and a large sub. The worker smiled and said no problem, we got this. And they went to work immediately. They were able to get my order done effectively and efficiently without any issues. They were also able to get other people's orders out on time. I watched as they made sure everything was nicely packaged and made with care.After witnessing all of this I was inspired to buy a bucket to further support first responders. If you go to this location and something happens where something isn't right, I'm a firm believer that it was user error and you are the user. These guys deserve raises and praises. Will definitely be using this location for all of my sub sandwich needs. Thank you fire house for employing such amazing people ❗?

Great location and staff, and the restaurant itself is clean and inviting. The veggie sandwich, unfortunately, was a disappointing soggy brown mess. The bread and veggies and sauce were not attractive, and taste was meh. Time to up your game, Firehouse Subs!

Came in for a sandwich tonight, nobody said hello or "welcome to firehouse" the guy behind the register just looked at me until I ordered. No smiles. I'm pretty sure the employees made my food last on purpose. Two people got served that came in after me. No idea what their problem is but I'm not coming back.

The subs at Firehouse are so good. Fresh toasted buns,with generous portions of meat and toppings. Captain Sorenson's Datil Pepper is a game changer if you like spicy. Store was clean and condiment bar well stocked. Staff is friendly and efficient.?

I usually leave good reviews but this time was not the greatest. We come in and they weren't very friendly, they shut the open sign off at 8:45 while we were still eating. Food was the thinnest I ever had. Prices up and amount you got is about half. Very fusappiinted. I took a photo but there is now option to post it.
