Pulled up on a Wednesday at 8:40 PM all chairs were stacked up. Girl sweeping went to hide on the back. Walked up to go in doors locked. Don't put you close at 9PM and your lazy staff is already closing by 830. Won't be back

I took my family today for lunch. After my wifes debit card was declined, she tried to pay with a $100 dollar bill and was told they could only take bills as large as $20? Total order was $68 +. Maybe you should lower your prices if you can't take a $100 dollar bill. I will never go back. Everything there seemed difficult to accomplish. I do not recommend.

I should give more good reviews when I have great experience but this time was not good. My wife ordered 3 sandwiches for $45. My son wanted no lettuce, tomato, or onions. The sandwich had all three. I drove back to the restaurant and I didn’t get a sorry, just smug looks from the young girls working. They remade the sandwich and I’m on my way home to eat my soggy sandwich by now.
To start- THIS REVIEW IS NOT ABOUT THIS STORE —IT IS ABOUT THE CORPORATE OFFICE— but I found no other way to review them. This restaurant deserves a 5 star rating. They have been great to work with!! Back in the summer we called a couple days early and ordered 21 subs for a family get together. The store took the order, had the sandwiches ready when we asked, they were all great, everyone was happy. They put the transaction in under my member number. A few weeks later we went to get a sub and noticed we had received no points for our 21 subs. I asked the manager about it. She tried to re put in the transaction but the system would not take it. Apparently you only have 7 days from the transaction to get any points. Since then I have talked with the Corp office a couple times as well as e mailed them several times. I explained we, and the store people thought the sale went through on my rewards account, nobody knew until several weeks later that it had not, so we could not have had it in within 7 days. It was their people or register that did not take my number that caused the problem. Corp gave me the same answer every time, we don’t care what happened, it was after 7 days so you can’t have any points. They were basically telling me we really don’t care about our customers, it your problem, we won’t do anything. Horrible Custer interaction. So you all know- this store is still our go to store. Their people do a great job, very friendly, and make great sandwiches.
You can sit down at a restaurant and get your food faster than fire house subs, been waiting 25 minutes for 1 sandwich , 3 ppl ahead of me still waiting for their food aswell, only 4 ppl in firehouse subs

The sandwiches were suppose to be half price if ordered online or app. Never could find the redeem button! Came in to pick up order. It wasn't on shelf. Sat for 10 minutes past pick up time. Went to counter to inquire about my order. It was sitting behind the counter, never put out!

Clean efficient & very tasty . I have a tendency to love the hook and ladder, but have tried the others. They have such a compliment of sauces if you’re really interested in, trying those all in all a very good experience and very tasty.

Def shrinkflation happening here. My daughter’s kids meal sandwich was bigger than my small that I ordered. This location needs a good scrub too. Always dirty

They forgot to cook the meat and cheese on all 3 of my subs. Ordered 3 hot specialty subs and each one was cold and the cheese wasn't melted so I know they didn't warm it up....
