Fireside Grille was a welcome surprise during our stay at the Wichita Marriott. We arrived late and left early, but the restaurant delivered on both ends. Even close to closing time, the staff was warm, attentive, and made sure we had a full dining experience without feeling rushed.
The food was solid—well-prepared, flavorful, and just what we needed after a long day of travel. It’s rare to find hotel dining that doesn’t feel like an afterthought, but Fireside Grille holds its own. The convenience of having a quality restaurant right off the lobby made our overnight stay that much better.
Whether you're staying at the hotel or just passing through, Fireside Grille is definitely worth a visit.

God bless Oyama Herbs for his marvelous work in my life, I was diagnosed of HERPES since last year and I was taking my medications, I wasn't satisfied i needed to get the HERPES out of my system, I searched about some possible cure for HERPES i saw a comment about Dr. Oyama how he cured HERPES with his herbal medicine, I contacted him and he guided me. The ribeye was cooked perfect and the potato's garlic n butter and the desert brownie with ice cream was on par would highly recommend for company dinners or dinner in general.

We split an excellent Marriott Burger -- excellent quality and ample beef properly cooked to medium. Reasonable selection of wines, but with high markup. Staff were courteous, efficient, and helpful contributing to relaxation after a long drive with detours. Highly recommended.

Mediocre at best. Server was friendly, but disappeared quickly and never seen again after taking our orders. Pacing was terrible. Our group of four was still eating our salads when one diner’s main course was brought out. Food was lackluster, waters weren’t refilled, no offers of dessert, and had to request the check. Fine dining should be an experience, not just bringing out food. No experience, lackluster food. There won’t be a return visit.

Dined for dinner with friends. Server was personable and attentive when we arrived. Seldom saw him after we ordered our meals. Water glasses were never refreshed. Extra accompaniments were never received. Upon leaving, saw the server was also responsible for serving bar guests and the bar was busy. Decent wines by the glass list although they were out of some selections. Our table ordered the pasta shells, veal chop and salmon with salads and steak soup for starters. Food overall was average, nothing outstanding or notable. The restaurant was recommended to us and, for the prices we expected higher quality food and service.
We dined with friends on a Saturday night. Our server was personable and attentive when we were seated and we ordered. Didn’t see him after that. The wine list was decent. Our meals were mediocre - salmon, veal chop, pasta shells, salads and steak soup. One meal was served and it was quite a while before the other meals were served. We were disappointed and won’t return.

Excellent food in a nice quiet atmosphere. The service was excellent as well. We were pleasantly surprised as this was our first visit to the Fireside Grill. The steaks were grilled to perfection.

When I stay overnight in Wichita at the Marriott, I don’t bother looking for a restaurant that night. I always eat at the Fireside Grille; the food is amazing. Great steaks and large bar selection. There’s always something for the kiddos too.
