I had a few disappointing orders from this place, and I don't usually raise a fuss, but the last couple times I was discouraged because of how expensive it can be. Thankfully, the manager Josh called me personally and offered fantastic help. I am very appreciative of his service, as well as the hard work it takes to run a restaurant. First off, Five Guys has been my #1 burger place for many years. There is simply no better burger or fries in America. That said, I have visited probably a dozen 5G places over the years from NH to FL to CO. This one in Wichita.... hands down the best. What a wonderful dining experience. Thumbs up to the animated & friendly staff. They made my day.

Frech fries oiled soaked barely warm Hamburger made wrong had to have it remade.Was my wifes 1st time there she was excited to go eat there she was disappointed.
