I really do like this place staff is always helpful and I rarely have order issues they are pretty on it here.

That said... I gotta go 3 stars total. It's just too expensive. They have old pictures up that say voted best value and it just isn't. 6 burgers . 1 hot dog. 2 fry $80 . It's not news to me... I know the price and I still go from time to time but definitely will consider other options when looking for value. I can feed the whole family for $15 less at longhorns steak house and bring home steaks.

Ordered ahead an hour prior and had a pickup time of 6:30. Let staff know we arrived and they gave us our Shake but said food wasn't ready yet. We waited half an hour and when we asked, they said they hadn't started our food and didn't know we were here. Absolutely ridiculous.

The restaurant needs a good cleaning. Floor, chairs, and table were all sticky. One of my fries fell out of the bag onto the counter & the employee picked it up with his bare hand and put it back into my bag - not okay.

Only ordered fries,barely filled the the white cup. Usually are overflowing and some in the bottom of the bag. Which i also ordered a small Cajun. It had as many or more than the LG & had extra in the bottom of the bag like usual. Come on "GUYS" be more consistent give your customers what they are used to!!
